  • Fabulous New Remodel!!

"I absolutely love love LOVE this condo! They just did a remodel and it is so warm, cozy, comfortable, fresh and up to date. I stayed here a few years ago, and can't believe how wonderful the new bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, furniture and updated appliances are. We will definitely be back to use this condo over and over, and of course our four legged furry dog loves it too!"

  • A Wonderful Place to Stay

"Our entire family of 14, ages 1 1/2 through 69, stayed here for five nights, which included Christmas. It was really wonderful. Because it is on 3 levels, we were able to spread out for a while, but all be together for meals. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. I love that there are lots of supplies in the kitchen so we didn't have to go to the store for a teaspoon of salt. It was all there! We could "borrow" and leave something in return. There were absolutely no problems!"

  • Fabulous location and condo!

"My family (4 people) really enjoyed staying here. Fully furnished condo with fully equipped kitchen. My kids each had their own bed which they appreciated. Couldn't have asked for a better location. We hiked at RMNP, white water rafted in Idaho Springs, and spent a day in Breckenridge. We took full advantage of the hot tub, pool (heated), racketball court, ping pong and the movies provided in the condo. I also used the laundry facilities at the complex. Very close to a grocery store. We cooked dinner every night. We grilled chicken on the gas grill located on the balcony. We also enjoyed the mountain view from the balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities. Beach towels were even provided. This is a home away from home. Our only complaint --- there was no potatoe masher. We survived :) We are booking again for 1 week next June!"

  • Luxury meets family friendly

"This home was the perfect place to relax after skiing. We spent 7 nights in this beautiful mountain townhome and I didn't ever want to leave. As far as the construction goes (as someone with family involved in land development/construction I am kind of a geek when it comes to appreciating things like this-- bear with me), this home is a high end with beautiful finishes including amazing oversized doors (gorgeous knotty alder is my guess) to match the high baseboards and beautiful a granite on all of the countertops. The upper level master bedroom has the most wonderful bathtub in all of the land. All of the showers (there are 4, one for each bedroom) have a built in bench and custom tile in all. Cabinetry is all beautiful and the hardwood floors are gorgeous. The massive fireplace provides great heat and beautiful ambiance. This home has 3 bedrooms, 4 if you utilize the pullout sofa on the garage level (with provided memory foam pad), all with wonderful furnishings. The beds were comfortable for all, though I will have to take the word of others for all but the upstairs master (which was like sleeping in a cloud). This is a quiet home-- rooms contain their noise very well. I have stayed in many vacation mountain homes and this is the best, hands down. Usually homes of this caliber lack the coziness that this luxury rental provided. Possibly because it is rare for a homeowner to be so thoughtful with their accommodations. There are cozy blankets galore in this home as well as extra towels and bed linens. The kitchen is fully stocked and the homeowners encourage you to leave any non-perishables for the use of other guests... meaning that there are 4 jars of garlic powder in the lazy Susan, so turns out you didn't need to buy any afterall! Especially since the kitchen is equipped with a garlic press. The homeowners graciously share their toys and wii with their guests. My children appreciated it beyond words. The windows provided views of beautiful sunsets. The weather was disappointingly warm while we visited for our ski trip so we didn't use the hot tub much, but had it been snowing and cold, I'm sure that would have been a wonderful way to spend the evening. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us! I hope it is available next time we come to Winter Park!!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
