  • Great value

"House was beautiful. Loved the location. Very responsive owner. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation. The place does need new towels."

  • A week in the snow

"We spent Christmas week there with our family of 6 and had a fun week. The place was clean and spacious, and equipped well in the kitchen. Good TV and internet system to keep us engaged when not on the slopes. The garage was a big plus to keep our van dry at night, and to store our skis. Hot tub was fun under a full moon. Safeway store was real convenient for us too. Thanks for a nice Christmas vacation, one we had always wanted to do !"

  • Perfect!

"We loved this condo! We have rented many places in fraser, and this condo really had it all. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, all the kitchen gadgets that you need, and you can walk to the clubhouse! We will be back!"

  • Beautiful home in a great location...for all seasons, all sports, and music fests

"I have stayed here several times with friends in the winter and in summer. It is exactly as described: cozy & beautiful. It is tastefully decorated with what I would call 'rustically elegant' furnishings and very upscale finishes. We have had adults only here on some occasions and kids with us other times. There is a family room on the first level with TV and games for the kids, and a Queen? pullout sofa/sleeper for additional sleeping. There is even a full bath on this floor. One floor up, the main living area is a really stunning 2 story space. The fireplace is flanked by a great entertainment (music and TV) system that even I could figure out how to operate. We spent a lot of time here listening to great music and watching movies. A modern stainless kitchen with eating counter, and dining room are all open to this space. It is perfect for entertaining and keeping everyone together.. There is a bedroom off of this area, with it's own private bathroom. The BEST addition to this home is the hot tub, which was NOT here when we first stayed here. It is on the outside balcony adjacent the living room-perfect for staying close to the action inside. Up one more floor is a Master Bedroom with a king bed and it's own separate bath with jacuzzi tub, and also a kid's/bunk bedroom, with 2 sets of bunk beds.. There is a bathroom for this room too. There is a lot of storage here. The garage has plenty for all your gear (ski, hiking, biking), there are closets, hooks and cubbies in the main floor 'mud room; area, and ample closet and drawer space in each bedroom. This is a big issue to me, as I have rented places before and had my clothing strewn all over a room because there was not enough storage particularly for wet winter gear.and clothing. There is also a laundry area, with stacking W/D.-really nice for longer stays. For hiking and mountain biking fans, this is very close to some of the most popular local trails for locals and visitors. You can also access the path along the river, that goes into Winter Park. Or you can just hop on the free shuttle into town, which stops nearby. The location is also close to the Safeway and Starbucks in Fraser, which we appreciated very much since we really like cooking at home and we like a nice stiff cup of Joe before skiing (btw: the kitchen here is much nicer than my own). I am looking forward to my next stay and hope it can be soon. MK, Denver"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
