"We are a family of ten and we stayed for a week over the 2014 Christmas holiday. We were all happy with the experience. Our time was very much like the family who stayed here during the 2013 Christmas holiday, their review is just what we were looking for and we got it. This is a large and beautiful home. We had the grandparents in the upstairs master suite and two families in the 2 wings downstairs. Each wing had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a second family room separating the wings. Plenty of room in this house and the views from the giant windows were spectacular. The owners were easy to get in touch with and the home was prepared for the whole family. There was plenty of dishes and silverware and plenty of towels. The large kitchen allowed room for lots of helpers and the open floor plan combined the kitchen, dining area and family room with a great view of Winter Park. Thanks for a fantastic family vacation!"Guest: Andrea & Stew Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: January 16, 2015View listing
"The Condo was beautiful and fully stocked. The owners responded right away when we had questions and needed guidance. The view was spectacular. The full length windows in the living room made the experience. Having personal control of the temperature in all of the bedrooms was fantastic. We were one minute from the grocery store which was very handy. The ski resort was a very short and pretty drive. I will definitely be returning!"Guest: Brooke C. "Overall very enjoyable and comfortable. Well stocked with a surprise bottle of wine and chocolates. Availability of firewood eliminated need to purchase after long day of skiing, appreciate this very much. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed bunk beds. TV had a good picture. Clean. Definitely recommend to others."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: January 4, 2015View listing

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging
Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.
Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest
Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.
Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals
If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.
Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure
Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.
When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
