  • Even nicer than the pictures show!

"Spent a weekend with three teenagers to go skiing for our first time. My first impression of the condo was even better than expected. The beds were soft and the fact that there was no internet forced us to unplug for a weekend. Granby Ranch is a good first time experience although it was a bit far of a drive for the short time we stayed. We had to reduce our stay due to an error on my part and I thank Michelle for accommodating our last minute changes - she was very gracious about it. Great location for families who want to ski with young children - we skipped the shuttle and drove ourselves - parking was never a problem even though it was the resorts busiest weekend ever. Would love to go back and visit this area again in summer or winter - tons to do with Grand Lake, Fraser and Winter Park nearby."

  • Perfect gathering place for extended family!

"We loved this house and our vacation in Granby Ranch! We met with our adult children and their young families ~ this can get crazy but this house allowed areas for the children to play (in the basement) while the adults socialized upstairs. The back deck was the highlight ~ cool mornings with coffee and evening sunsets and the view is breathtaking! We would have liked to had more seating options on the deck, as only 4 adults could sit at one time with the current furniture. We managed by brining dinning room chairs outside. The house is clean, new and neatly decorated. The kitchen is stocked with necessary utensils and preparing family meals was a treat with the sit down bar as a work and social area. As a family we enjoy sitting together around the table, the table only had four chairs ~ we happened to have camping cloth folding chairs in the truck and brought some in to accommodate the group. Sleeping areas are organized and functional. It was nice to have two bathtubs available for small children. We slept in the room with the baby bed (no baby), which has a standard size bed ~ we were amazed at how comfortable it was and how well we slept! All beds were comfortable with the exception of the queen bunk beds which were very firm. Now, I know some people enjoy and need a firm bed. I would suggest foam toppers that could be removed allowing personal preference? There is so much to do in this area of Colorado! The trailhead which is right up the road is a perfect evening or morning hike. The children enjoyed the deer and her babies as they traveled through the back yard every morning and evening. One of the highlights of their trip! As a family we took in Winter Park's adventure area (the Alpine slide and trampoline ~ you must do!), drove Trail Ridge Drive (so many moose and elk!), Grand Lake beach area (the homemade ice cream is incredible), and Adams Fall hike. The owners, manager and house keeper were delightful to work with! Professional and friendly. This house is beautifully built, well maintained, smartly decorated and feels like home the minute you walk in! Definitely 5 stars!! Thank you for a house that feels like home to gather our children and grandchildren!"

  • Comfortable, clean, and welcoming

"My family and I just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this condo. We have three young boys and this condo was perfect. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but it provided so many small details that made it feel like home. From the pack n' play in the closet (which was terrific since we forgot ours), to the books, videos, and games (our kids made us read the monster books over and over), to the coffee that was provided (we were happy we didn't have to drive to find any). I also greatly appreciated all of the area information that was in the binder. What a wonderful resource that helped us make the most out of our stay! Thank you! We had an amazing weekend and truly enjoyed our time skiing and relaxing at your condo."
