"We stayed in this wonderful Condo in the Summer. The walking/hiking trails are right out back and it's a short walk to downtown. Our kids LOVED the queen size bunk beds. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and watching the wonderful wildlife at night. The hummingbird feeder on the deck provided hours of enjoyment watching the hummingbird eat.
We can't wait until our return visit!"

"Our family rented this house for a long weekend. There were 7 of us and it easily would have accommodated several more! All families were able to enjoy not only their own bedroom but also their own bathroom. There are also two large living areas, a spacious dining/room kitchen area and a deck with a nice grilling area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a large refrigerator, and a wine cooler as well. Tim was fantastic to work with and we hope to be able to enjoy this property again."

"For our families first official visit to Winter Park, this home took our breath away. The view from the front deck of the national forest was spectacular. The house was, warm, comfortable and perfect for three couples and two kids. There was a bathroom on every floor and the walls were well insulated so people could be talking in the house and not waking up sleeping little ones. We hope to return to Winter Park soon and would love this home to be a part of every trip."

"My husband, 2 young kids, and I stayed here for 4 nights over the Fourth if July weekend. This is in an older condo building but the unit is very well maintained. There was plenty of space for all of us! There are 2 good sized bedrooms (my kids fought over the bunk bed) and a large living area with a comfortable sectional couch that had plenty room for all 4 of us to relax after
an active day outdoors. We loved all the windows and the natural light and fresh air they allowed in the condo. Definitely one of the best features of the condo. The kitchen was a little on the small side, but well stocked and met out needs perfectly for this trip. We were able to walk to the Hideaway park, shops, and restaurants, as well as the ski area (via the river trail). We really enjoyed use of the pool and hot tubs as well! The gym had a great variety of new equipment and free weights. There is a dry sauna in the unit that was not working (we didn't plan to use it anyways) so I would check with the owners ahead if time if it is something that interests you. Overall, this was a terrific value property and we really enjoyed out stay!"
