"Our family of 6 (two couples and two children) stayed at this condo for New Year's. The condo was super clean and very comfortable for the six of us. The kitchen was great and was exceptionally well stocked for a vacation rental (we have stayed in many that are not). It was nice to come back at the end of long days outside and have a casual, home-cooked meal (especially during the crowded holiday time). My only suggestion would be to move the twin room to the top floor next to the master. Would definitely make it more kid-friendly. Not a complaint-just suggestion. Thanks again to Mark for letting us have early access to drop off our stuff so we could head to the tubing hill. Would definitely recommend."

"We loved staying here. A beautiful home with all the amenities--the view of the slopes from the deck & the hot tub was gorgeous. The home was everything we could ask for--wonderfully furnished, kitchen had everything I needed to prepare the food we had brought along. The home theater in the living room was fabulous for movies (there is a Red Box at McDonalds in WP) while cozying up at night. Tv's in every bed room. Beds were comfy-3 baths made this easy for us all & there were plenty of towels. Additional hot tub in the master was a perk! Having a garage was nice. The house was clean, the resort staff was great--our code did not work the 1st time to get in but with a quick phone call we gained access. Winter Park is a quick drive for supplies/souvenirs. Driving to Fraser for groceries & church was basically the same as driving to Wp--less than 5 minutes."

"Our family had a great experience staying here for 10 days. We are a couple with two teenagers and a small dog. We were not far from home, but it was just what we needed to get away from everyday life. It was very clean and nicely remodeled. My wife walked around barefoot in a strange place which is saying a lot considering she is a germaphobe!! We had all the amenities of home. We loved the kitchen, and enjoyed many home cooked meals there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make it happen. We enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony with a nice bottle of wine. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the sound of the creek not too far from the building. Neighbors were friendly. Many mornings we enjoyed walking around the complex that was beautifully kept. Lots of parking. Walking distance to great eating places. The washer/dryer was a nice surprise when we arrived!! Many perks for the money - Great value!! The only draw back was the clubhouse under demolition/construction. I suppose it had to happen some time, and it will be fabulous when complete. I guess we'll have to visit again. We are looking forward to another stay."

"This was a nice house in a great location, close to everything we enjoy in Winter Park and the surrounding area. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are great for relaxing and entertaining, and we enjoyed preparing meals and grilling every night. The main floor bedroom is quite crowded with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, and the stairs to the second floor are very steep and narrow, so keep that in mind if you have small children or others with limited mobility. We loved the ping pong table, the back yard with hammock and National Forest access, the short walk to Hideaway Park, and the proximity to hiking trails of all lengths and levels of difficulty. We visited Grand Lake, rode horses at Snow Mountain Ranch, went geocaching, drove up the Moffat Road to Rollins Pass and climbed Mount Epworth, enjoyed the skate park and various hiking/running trails, fished and watched hot air balloons take off nearby in Fraser, and especially loved relaxing in the back yard and hot tub after our active days. This was a great home base for our 8 days in Grand County and I would definitely stay here again!"
