GREAT OWNER...GREAT LOCATION...GREAT PRICE
"Everything was as advertised & more. The mattress, linens, pillows & the personal amenities were all excellent. The unit was clean & obviously well taken care of. There were amenities not expected & they were all of high quality such as grab bars in the shower, big quality towels, an infra-red grill, extra closet space & a goody basket when we arrived. It is a true ski/in ski/out location less than 100 feet from the lift once you clip your skis on. It has a great mountain view & was very much worth the price. Bruce was great to work with & went out of his way to make our stay extra special. The financial process was simple & done without pressure from Bruce. Finding the site on VRBO was a snap & I would highly recommend it to any & all!!!"

"This was the only unit I could find that allowed a two night stay for a reasonable price. Most others had a minimum of three nights. While being somewhat dated, it was clean and comfortable. Lisa was easy to work with and allowed us to check in early. My wife and three kids (17, 19, & 20) felt at home here and enjoyed our stay. Located in the heart of Winter Park, you are never very far from anything. You can't go wrong with this unit."

"We had a great time with 4 adults and 4 children. The living area is bright and roomy. Everything was very clean with big nice towels in the bathroom! They also had plenty of paper products (paper towels, tp, etc) and cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc). The best I have ever seen.
The view out of the living area was beautiful! Snow covered pine trees all weekend. A very nice porch with a table but a bit chilly in March so we did not use it. It would be wonderful during the summer since it overlooks trees and not other condos.
The condo opens into an indoor hallway with a bench. This was great when the entire group came back from skiing! Plenty of room to get out of the snow gear.
The garage was very nice since it was a snowy weekend. The ceiling is a bit low so be careful if you have a SUV with a topper. Our would not have fit but we did not have it, so no issues. A bit of a tight fit in the parking spots with a Tahoe.
There is a bus stop down the road a bit but we ended up parking at Mary Jane every day.
The only downside was a family with toddlers above us. We could hear the toddler feet running back and forth during the day which started at 6 AM for them!
We hope to come back!"

"The condo was very convenient and spacious. Condo was well stocked with blankets, towels, soap (we brought our own just in case) and the other amenities such as the rec center, bus, etc. was convenient. Loved the outside closet for ski/snowboard gear. The only thing that would have made it "perfect" was more snow!"
