"Our family rented this house for a long weekend. There were 7 of us and it easily would have accommodated several more! All families were able to enjoy not only their own bedroom but also their own bathroom. There are also two large living areas, a spacious dining/room kitchen area and a deck with a nice grilling area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a large refrigerator, and a wine cooler as well. Tim was fantastic to work with and we hope to be able to enjoy this property again."

"We had a wonderful time during our week at this Winter Park cabin. The location was a perfect...in a neighborhood close to the amenities yet completely private in the back and on the sides. The cabin had everything we needed...cooking supplies, laundry, cable tv, dvd player, ping pong table and games. But our favorite by far was the deck and hot tub. I spent most mornings sitting on the desk enjoying the warm sunshine and beautiful view. In the evenings when the temperature dropped, the hot tub was the favorite gathering place for the whole family. This cabin is a mix of rustic and modern and worked quite well for the 4 of us. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel experience, this is not for you. But if you want a relaxing, down-to-earth place to hang out and use as a central point for day trips, you might find this to be a perfect fit. My husband and son went on a couple of guided fishing trips and white water rafting. My daughter and I enjoyed the spa at Devil's Thumb Ranch and resale shopping in Frasier and the whole family took the train ride, panned for gold and toured the mine near Idaho Springs. This was probably the most relaxing vacation our family has ever taken."

"I would highly recommend this house. It had plenty of room and was perfect for our group of 10 adults over a 3-night stay, even being able to entertain 5 more friends for a day who were staying nearby. Ours was a summer trip and the Grand Lake/Rocky Mountain NP/Winter Park Resort areas were all accessible within a 30 minute drive.
The house was fully stocked, clean and very beautiful. The property is heavily treed on the front and both sides of the house so it seemed very secluded from the 2 neighbors. The best part though, from the back deck, was the spectacular view of the Pole Creek Golf Course and surrounding mountains to the south. The course was great and, with mentioning the house we were staying at to the Pro Sop, we were able to get discounted green fees. The hot tub and pool table were just gravy.
The owners were very pleasant to deal with and were easily accessible before and during our trip. Our group already has plans to come back and stay here next year. Only longer this time."

"For our families first official visit to Winter Park, this home took our breath away. The view from the front deck of the national forest was spectacular. The house was, warm, comfortable and perfect for three couples and two kids. There was a bathroom on every floor and the walls were well insulated so people could be talking in the house and not waking up sleeping little ones. We hope to return to Winter Park soon and would love this home to be a part of every trip."
