"We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with another family! There were 9 of us in all, 5 kids (ages 5-12) and 4 adults so the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were very nice to have. Everyone had a bed, we put the 5 kids in the bunk room and then each couple had their own room and bathroom. Everyone had a bed and we didn't even need to use the pullout. The condo is very well appointed, starting with the kitchen. Not only are there plenty of place settings, but also glasses and plastic cups for children as well. I brought 2 crockpots but ended up using theirs because it was bigger, what a treat! There are movies and games for little ones that will keep everyone plenty entertained. The location is a right above downtown, very convenient, and right on the Orange line bus route for skiing (comes every 30 mins unless a train is coming through and it's caught waiting on the other side of the tracks. Nice to have the space with that many people in a condo, the kids watched a movie in their room while the adults could talk in the living room area, we only felt on top of each other trying to fit 4 adults in the kitchen (that's silly to do anyway!) Tracy was wonderful to work with, very responsive, kind and patient with questions. Other residents there were very kind and helpful as well. The property is older, but it's well maintained and you can't beat the space, location and price! Thanks, Tracy!"

"Our annual ski trip brought us to Winterpark and we hit the jackpot with this wonderful skI in/out studio at Iron Horse! The condo is cozy and well equipped with everything that a couple (or a family with a small child or 2) needs to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an indoor grill, blender, crock pot and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. This is the most well stocked kitchen we've ever used in a vacation rental. The hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool and fitness room were all very nice and easy to get to via the enclosed bridge to the next building. It probably took 2 minutes to get to that area. We loved the ease of getting to the slopes. The ski locker room and trail access is just one floor down! It is only a few minutes drive to the grocery store or restaurants and shops. Also there is a great hiking trail directly across from the WP entrance.
The owners were very easy to work with and communicated well with us before and during our stay. Any question we had was answered by quick text. One negative comment not related to this unit, but the Iron Horse itself.... The community outdoor grill looked like it needs serious maintenance and it was disappointing to not use it, but we were thankful the condo had an indoor grill to use. And a tip for the DIY cleaning and laundry: we laundered all the towels the night before we checked out and used the community pool towels instead. This saved us time in the morning. The dryer takes 2 cycles to dry the towels. Thank you to the owners! We would definitely stay in your condo again!"
