  • Great choice

"Nicely remodeled 1BR condo was perfect for our 2 adults and kids, who did fine on the big sectional. Owner was responsive and good to work with; fireplace, indoor pool, hot tubs and community game room a short walk away was a big plus. Nice town location near Hernando's, easy drive to Winter Park. Would definitely rent here again. Good value for the money. Only suggestion would be to install some dimmers, as the overhead track lighting was a bit harsh for my taste, but overall it was terrific. Thanks!"

  • Great Getaway

"My husband and I spent a quiet weekend in Winter Park at this comfortable condo. It is in a peaceful and quiet location, yet convenient to any activity we had planned. The fireplace makes the evenings warm and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend it!"

  • Very nice property, management company missed a few items

"The property itself is very nice, and a great location. I have no complaints with it at all. There were a couple of issues with the property when we arrived that are more at fault with the property management company not checking that things were fully functional than anything with the property itself. There was no functioning hot water. The property management company did respond very quickly to this and got a plumber out to fix the issue that day, so that was very good and I was satisfied with the response. The trash can in the garage was full of trash, so I had to dispose of the old trash when I arrived. I also need to screw on the retaining strap to the hot tub to keep the lid in place when it is open - a very minor repair, but noting that it was broken when I arrived. Another minor oversight was the lack of extra garbage bags in the property for the kitchen trash can. There were lots of supplies for other things, but I was surprised that they were lacking this. None of this would keep me from returning to the property but I do feel this was a little careless on the part of the property management company. Perhaps this is just because this is an off-season rental during the summer."

  • Christmas in the Mountains!!

"What a wonderful house for a family retreat to relax and take advantage of the mountains. We stayed over Christmas and had such a nice time at all the events in the area (bonfires, sleigh rides and skiing). The restaurants in the area were excellent the neighborhood was delightful to show shoe around the lake with sledding for the kids. We'll definitely be back! Susan"
