  • Very Nice Stay

"The condo is in a nice secluded location. We found it to be a nice place to relax after skiing for the day. The pictures tell the truth...it is a very nice place with a cozy fireplace. The owner is very good to work with, promptly replying to questions and leaving no questions unanswered regarding your stay. This was our first time visiting Winter Park and we were very happy to have selected this condo. The only negative aspect of our stay was some noise on 1-2 nights after what is displayed as quiet hours...but you never know who will be staying near you so this can't be helped many times. Overall, we would recommend this condo to anyone considering a Winter Park getaway."

  • family with teenagers

"quiet and away from the business of the town of winter park but close enough to walk the approx. 6 blocks into town. very clean and updated and more appropriate for families with teenagers as the kitchen stools are high and lots of steps . the owners were very helpful and even offered us a late checkout without our asking for it. cozy but a little cold in the winter without all the space heaters going as the windows line an entire wall! we would stay here again."
