  • Just what we were looking for!

"This condo was just as described by the owner. Perfect in every way for our ski trip. Zephyr is right there at the lifts, condo is close to elevator, but not next to it, so no noise. View from balcony faces out from the entrance to Zephyr, so I'm guessing it's probably quieter than if you faced toward the slopes. Nice view of the cabriolet that comes in from Village Hotel. We had two cars up there - one we parked for free down by Village Hotel, the other we opted to pay to park underground at Zephyr. Worked out well since it snowed the evening before our departure. Carol, the owner, was very responsive to all our needs and the rental process was smooth and easy - provided us access key in advance and all the info we needed. Although we ended up not doing any cooking during our stay, the kitchen was well equiped and stocked with supplies I've been more used to having to purchase at most other rentals (i.e. coffee, filters, dish soap, foil/saran wrap, etc). Have to say, as a whole, Winter Park was a blast. The mountain was basically empty mid-week and even when Saturday hit, once we got away from the base lifts, lift lines were speedy and we got in plenty of runs all day long. Across the board, all the employees everywhere at the resort (Zephyr, equipment rental, shops, restaurants) were probably the nicest people I've encountered on such trips anywhere. Really does leave a positive lasting impression. I'd come back to Winter Park and to this condo again in a heartbeat."

  • Wonderful family ski getaway!

"What a wonderful spot in Colorado. We enjoyed the condo in every way - great kitchen, hot tub- lots of room to spread out. Very clean and well kept. We used the shuttle several times to get to and from the slopes - it worked out great very convenient. I highly recommend and we will definitely return to this Winter Park Town House."

  • We can't wait to stay here again!

"My husband is the skier and loves the ski in/ski out convenience of Iron Horse Condominiums in Winter Park, CO. This is our third time to stay at Iron Horse and the first time at #358528. We think we have found " the place for us". The owners were easy to work with and communicated well with us. The new granite counter tops and deep sinks are beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The Murphy bed was comfortable. The morning view of the mountains is breathtaking. The condo is in a great location for skiers. The building amenities (fitness center, pool, restaurant) are very convenient. There is a great snowshoe trail just across the highway. The covered parking makes unloading and loading easy in messy, snowy weather. We look forward to returning."

  • Getaway for One

"Great quiet location for a "I'm running away from home" weekend. The condo is well appointed, cozy, welcoming & spotlessly clean. The decor is exactly how I would have decorated if the condo were mine (& I wish it were). I appreciated the afforadability of the condo - perfect choice for a budget minded traveler."
