  • Great choice for our Spring Break

"I took my 17 y/o son, my 12 y/o niece and 3 college age friends of my son on spring break. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. I have stayed in many condos with my family over many years, from the Caribbean to Mexico, Arizona, Florida and beyond. This is by far the best equipped, overall, of all the places we've rented. The kitchen had all the tools needed to make large meals. And best of all, there were some basic items in stock in the pantry for making meals...... like sugar, spices of all kinds, oil, syrup etc. It was so nice to NOT have to purchase these types of items in order to make a meal. I purchased and replaced a few items for the next guests, but I really appreciated having the basics right there. The hot tub on the deck was very nice for the kids. The underground garage was wonderful. It is tight, but worked well for our rental van. Once we figured out the bus system, we were very happy with the easy access to the base and lessons for the kids. The condo is very roomy and felt just like home. The beds were great and provided lots of room for everyone to have a bed. The laundry was very convenient and so appreciated!! The view of the mountain was great. I liked being slightly away from all the activity, and yet be able to easily get around. We had a lot of time to explore and found 2 places that were of particular interest. The first is the Frasier Community Rec Center. It is one of the nicest recreation centers I've seen, with a beautiful pool, lazy river, slides, lap pool, sauna, hot tub, bb courts, gymnastic center and climbing wall. It was an incredible place and well worth the admission price. Take your own towel of buy one for $8 at the desk. Lots of spaces for waiting parents to sit and read, watch TV or work on your laptop. The other fun place is The Foundry in Frasier. (almost next to the Rec Center) The Foundry is a combination bowling alley and movie theater/pizza joint. All are TOP notch and fun for the entire family. Check both of these out if you are in the area. If I plan another ski vacation for my family, I would certainly try to rent this condo again and spend another week at Winter Park!! Excellent week!! Excellent facility!!"

  • Our Family of 14 Loves This Condo!

"I don’t ever write reviews, but this is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this condo, and for us it has truly been “a home away from home” just as it states in the description. Everything you could want is here – comfortable beds, shampoos and soaps, well stocked kitchen, lots of seating and even sleds. What was particularly great this trip, was that now the owners have another condo, directly across from their original condo, so we were able to rent both condos and fit our whole family of 14 for the holidays! And Winter Park is our favorite ski resort in Colorado. We love going to Dino’s, Pepe Osaka’s and Volario's for dinner. After dinner we often go tubing in Fraser, and then head back to the condo for a hot tub soak (they have 3, along with an indoor pool and a sauna). One more thing we love about the Beaver Village condos is the location and bus system. The bus picks us up right outside the condo, and it takes 10 minutes to be dropped off at the base. The bus comes at least every half an hour – and sometimes it comes every 15 minutes, depending on the time of year. Theresa is very easy to work with too. She always bends over backward to accommodate our requests (we request early check ins, and it doesn’t seem to be a problem). Definitely a very comfortable and lovely place to stay! A+"
