  • Best Condo, Location, Amenities and Owner!!!

"Late in posting this as we stayed here in Feb of 2013 and I am almost reluctant to write this review as I really don't want to let the secret out about how fantastic this unit and owner are. We have stayed at several units within the Zephyr building over the last few years and this unit was by far and away the best of them all! Starting with location, the unit is in the Zephyr Slopeside building and offers true ski-in/out access to WP/MJ via the back door. Owner provides access to a very convenient ski locker right inside the back door which can accomodate several sets of skis/poles/boards/etc. No lugging/storing gear up in the unit or car. Parking was provided in the underground garage with easy access to the unit via both elevator and stairs. The overall location of the unit is great as you are walking distance to everything at the base including restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee shops. The owner was very friendly, easy to work with and went way out of his way to accommodate us for our stay. We had our 4 month old daughter with us and the owner ensured that a pack 'n play would be provided for our use so that we did not have to bring one with us. The unit was fully stocked with food (frozen pizzas), snacks, drinks and even fresh flowers upon our arrival. This was amazing and a really nice touch which we appreciated after traveling in. The kitchen has everything you could possible need to cook meals. This unit is larger than a standard 2 bedroom in this complex and the master bedroom and bathroom are huge with plenty of extra space. We fit four adults and a baby very comfortably with room to spare. It is very nicely appointed and decorated with clean, newer and very comfortable furniture/beds. The large flat-panel TVs were great and we also appreciated the fun games and sleds/snowball makers that were in the unit. You can tell the owner takes great pride in this unit and maintains it at a very high level. Overall, we enjoyed a fantastic stay. This is bar far the best unit we have stayed in at Zephyr and a great overall renting experience with the owner. This is our go-to ski-in/out condo at WP/MJ!"

  • Great Place!

"Beautiful home, fantastic views, very close to Winter Park Village...would definitely stay here again! Great set up with 1 master suite on the top floor, 1 on the main floor and 2 bedrooms in the basement. Worked perfectly for our 3 families."

  • Comfortable and great location

"We stayed 3 nights with our two small children. Margie was extremely accommodating and responsive to our questions. We had a relaxing stay and definitely plan to stay again. Very clean, comfortable, great for kids, and stocked with many things. The location was perfect, we walked to the Village. This would be a great property for skiing, so close to the lifts. The only issue we had was our car with a roof box did not fit in the low ceiling garage. There is plenty of outdoor parking however. Thanks for a great stay!"
