  • Out Standing!!!! We were extremely PLEASED with the Condo and it"s accomodations

"We were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the Condo is and all it was stocked with to make our stay more enjoyable. Being at the base of the Winter Park ski slope and all its amentities, biking and hiking and fine dining will make this a place we will return to and I will do more business thru VRBO and this condo owner!!!! Never having used VRBO the owner was very helpful and informative, giving instructions and information that was very helpful. the property was extremely clean and everything looked as if it was new. I will be recommending this unit to all my freinds and family and co-workers"

  • A Great Place to Stay While Visiting Winter Park

"I'm not really the review-writing type but, in this instance, I felt that a review was definitely warranted. Three college buddies and I (all now 50 years old) decided that we needed a man-cation out and away from it all. Once we decided on the Winter Park area, we began beating the VRBO bushes for a place to call our headquarters. We selected this property mainly because of its location. It was near everything we wanted to do in and around the Winter Park area while also offering seclusion, privacy, and most impotently, peace and quite. Working with the home owner prior to our arrival was a pleasure and he made the entire process of renting his property a piece of cake. When we arrived, we found his rental property clean and comfortable with enough room for us all to spread out and relax. The home owner went to great lengths to provided written information regarding his rental house and the Winter Park area as well. After five minutes, we were in complete agreement. We made an excellent lodging choice for our Man-Cation! While in Winter Park, we thuroughly enjoyed ourselves on a daily basis. Mountain Biking and hiking were on the agenda every day. We dined out about half the time but also took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and gas grill at the rental house. Every afternoon and evening was spent on the deck chatting and absorbing the great outdoors. The stars at night were amazing! What more can I say, we had a great time and had a very nice place to stay. If we return to Winter Park for Man-Cation 2.0, we will definitely book this home again."

  • Location, Location, Location

"My wife and I along with our two ten year old granddaughters found this unit to be perfect for our needs. Arriving on a Saturday, we found ourselves in the center of a mountain bike event. Staying at the end of the Riverside portion of the ZML on the first floor, we could easily access our condo and totally escape any noise. The washer/ dryers, fitness center, underground parking (no fee in the summer), hot tubs, raft trips, horseback riding, zip lining and the base activities (alpine slide, miniature golf, a maze, bungee bouncing, & climbing wall) of WP were all convenient. The unit is beautiful and hardly lacking anything. The only MINOR shortcomings were the amount of time it took for hot water to reach us and little in the way of a view, both of which we knew ahead of time. The owner is very helpful."

Clean and just right for us. Owner is great to deal with and always quick to respond to any questions. Great place to stay if you are going to winter park."
