  • Great place to stay in Winter Park

"We had a great weekend in Winter Park staying at Greg's condo. The condo is perfectly located in the village and is a short walk to all of the summer activities. Greg is easy to work with and has the condo well stocked with all of the amenities (sugar, olive oil, paper towels, detergent, etc) that might forget to bring from home. The condo is very clean and fits a family of four perfectly. We'll be back!!!!"

  • Great Place for Families

"We stayed here for three nights. Great location, the condo was close to downtown and the park with a sledding hill. The free shuttle was very convenient getting to the ski area. The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything that we needed. Best of all, Greg was extremely accommodating when I requested an early check in and did everything he could to ensure that our stay went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!"

  • Home away from Home

"This attractive and affordable two bdrm unit was all that was promised and more. We have stayed at Beaver Villiage Condos many times before, but this was our first VRBO experience. The unit was very clean, well-stocked with household neccessities and as comfortable as our own home. We had some minor problems when we arrived on a Sat. evening, but a quick phone call and even quicker response took care of all that. Our one "vacation experience" [there's always at least one], a plumbing situation was responded to and corrected within the day without our involvement after the notifying phone call. All in all a warm and wonderful three weeks we will remember and cherish for years to come. We'll be back!"

  • Sally and Mark

"This is our 2nd one-week stay at this condo. We're cooks, so we appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, and we love staying so close to the Zephyr lift. Now that we are in our 60's we count the steps. Scott, the owner, shares helpful information to give those unfamiliar with Winter Park a thorough orientation to the area."
