  • Wonderful Condo!

"The location of this condo is perfect. While it is in a complex with many buildings, it sets at the end by the water providing great views and privacy. The condo was exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was a wonderful base for our stay. We will definitely book again when we return to Winter Park and heartily recommend this condo."

  • Great Family Getaway!

"Our family stayed at this town house for spring break and loved it! The house was as beautiful as the photos. All three bedrooms had their own private bath, in addition to a 1/2 bath off of the living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms were on 3 separate levels and provides plenty of space for families or friends to spread out. The kitchen was amazing and we cooked several times because the amenities and supplies were so nice. The steam shower in the master bedroom is a plus and my family also enjoyed the private jacuzzi just outside the front door. Overall it was a great place to stay, just a 3-5 minute drive to the lifts or a short bus ride, with the stop not far from the unit. We would highly recommend this townhouse; the owners were great and very easy to do business with. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Winter Park! As a side note, for those who have never traveled to Winter Park, we loved it... even better than other Colorado resorts. Small and quaint, not crowded, plenty of restaurants and friendly people."

  • Fantastic Retreat for Family Skiing

"We stayed at this property for 5 days over MLK weekend. It is truly a special property at Winter Park/Mary Jane. We had 4 couples and 9 children aged 7 and up staying at the house, and it was a perfect set-up. 2 bunkrooms for the kids and 4 big bedrooms for the adults, most with private baths. The house itself is exquisite - the owners clearly care about this property and there are many touches that would be made only by an owner who actually uses the property. Not to mention the Radiant Floors! The great room is definitely “great” and a wonderful gathering place at the end of skiing. The hot tub is just outside the great room, making it all very integrated with the open gourmet kitchen and even the large dining area. There was plenty of room for us all to have a great time relaxing, playing cards, grilling and catching up. It is a very short walk to get onto the catwalk (50 yards max) and all of our kids were able to ski back home right up to the garage door. For true beginners, any catwalk will be pretty much not possible, but it did not seem to be a problem for even our more novice skiers. The house is in a very private enclave that many probably are not even aware exists. It has great privacy “away from it all” and is a perfect place to reconnect with old friends or family. The owner (Elena) is located nearby and gave a comprehensive tour of how to use the place, and I’m confident that if anything went wrong (which it didn’t) it would be taken care of. Elena was very easy to work with and very accommodating when we had flight cancellations on the departure. Definitely the type of person from whom you want to be renting a vacation home. Thanks for a great vacation!"
