  • Pleasant Condo

"My wife and I found this condo quite homely to say the least. My wife is very picky when it comes to our stay while vacationing and she was pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and how spacious it was. We didn't use all of the extras (kitchen utensils, movie equip, etc.) they had at the condo, but its equipped with just about anything you can possibly need. The location was perfect. We loved being in the village setting with shops all around the condos. This was our first trip to WP. The jazz festival that weekend was amazing and Pole Creek GC (played there for a tournament) was great. The hospitality of the WP town to visitors could not have been anything less than excellent! We will definitely be back and will try to reserve the condo again!"

  • More than I expected

"This condo was more than I expected. Great location to catch the shuttle, very well appointed, and the property manager, Judi, was AMAZING. She took care of us from the reservations, payment schedule, area amenities and assisting us with ski rental challenges in person. This was the perfect place for a first time family or a repeat vacationer. I will be selecting this condo unit and property manager every time i come."

  • High Quality condo, great layout, fully stocked kitchen

"We loved this condo for our spring break ski trip. The layout was great for us. The dining room table was the perfect size for our large party. The manager was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate our large meals. We really liked the radiant floor heating. This is a high quality condo. Great view of the slopes. We would stay here again."

  • Great place for 2 couples!

"Two couples enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. It was a great layout and had beautiful upgrades! It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen where we prepped breakfasts and dinners. The shuttle to the ski area came right to the complex and was a great feature! I can confidently say we would look to stay here again when we come back to the area."

A Winter Park ski vacation is an authentic Colorado family vacation experience. The towns of Winter Park and Fraser have small town feel with a small year round population, but the Winter Park, Colorado lodging options abound in Winter Park vacation rentals, rental homes and Winter Park condos and in the surrounding Fraser Valley.

In winter, high altitudes make for great powder skiing and snowboarding conditions. The ski area opens mid November and the Winter Park ski vacation season usually lasts into April. Winter Park ski lodging also offers a nearby playground for snowshoeing, scenic chairlift rides, guided mountain tours and tubing. Many Winter Park vacation rentals offer ski-in-ski-out access or in-town convenience. The Lift, the free shuttle service in Winter Park, Colorado makes regular runs to the ski area daily during ski season, and shuttles between Winter Park vacation rentals and Fraser lodging in the summer.

Summer fun on a Winter Park vacation begins with the longest alpine slide in Colorado. Other family fun includes mountain biking, fishing, golf, mini golf and summer chairlift rides. Fall colors peak in September, and Winter Park vacation rentals make a perfect home base for exploring the High Country. Estes Park is about two hours to the north through scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Summit County, with additional shopping, restaurant and recreation options, is about ninety minutes to the southwest.

Another great feature in Winter Park, Colorado is the National Sports Center for the Disabled. This renowned sports center offers adaptive equipment and expert staff to train and provide year round access to the trails and slopes for people with various disabilities.
