  • A Wonderful Condo, A fabulous vacation

"Finding a truly spacious condo for family of 5 - including 3 teenagers, is not always easy. This property is as described - we had plenty of room for all of us and our ski gear, the shuttle to the slopes was simple and convenient. The owners really maintain the property, and having small items like dish soap, shampoo, and small amounts of condiments was a welcome site. Plenty of DVDs and games to keep us entertained in the evenings. When we had a small problem with the garage opener, owners were responsive and issue solved immediately. Steam shower was heaven sent after skiing. This condo was perfect for our skiing vacation , and I'm so glad we didn't try to squeeze into a smaller property at base just to be directly in village. This location is great and the condo is wonderful for families."

  • A Great Summer Destination

"Wow, what a fantastic four days we spent at Base Camp 476! This beautiful townhouse amazed us from the moment we entered. Every room contains many amenities to the point where we felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. Yet, the townhouse is comfortable enough that we felt like we were at home. The master suite is amazing, complete with its own fireplace, flat screen TV, remarkable bathroom, back porch, and, best of all, the running stream right behind the room. The kitchen is extremely spacious and very well equiped; it satisfied all of our cooking needs. Although only three of us visited, it is clear that this townhouse can easily and comfortably accommodate several families. Winter Park Village is just a brief stroll from the complex. And, it's a great summer destination. We enjoyed many venues in Winter Park during our July visit, including the Alpine Slide, hiking, and putt putt golf. Since we are skiers, we look forward to returning to Base Camp and enjoying a ski season visit. We are confident that a winter visit will be just as, if not more, enjoyable!"

  • Perfect accommodations Summer and Winter!

"We have stayed during both seasons and we keep coming back because of the very nice furnishings and amenities. The property has the perfect set up for families as well as entertaining adults. We put the kids to bed downstairs and can still enjoy an evening with friends on the main floor. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal and there is even someone you can call to make meals for you. Everything seemed brand new and was very clean. We looked into staying at the ski base and the amenities did not compare. The entire complex is very quiet and we loved relaxing in the hot tub looking out at the mountains. In the mornings we walked to the ski base for Starbucks and the paper. We have stayed here 4 times now and it has always been a great experience!"
