  • Absolutely Fantastic

"Our family, 6 adults, 2 grandchildren, had the pleasure of renting Sawmill Station 220 this Thanksgiving. The accommodations were excellent, the closeness of the shuttle, the accessibility to the various restaurants/shopping were wonderful. The sledding park was just walking distance for all of us, and a good time was had by all throughout Winter Park. I would highly recommend this particular condo for a family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which makes it convenient for all! Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company for all that you did in making our Christmas vacation beyond all expectations (with the accommodations, suggestions, etc.)"

  • GREAT CONDO!!!!

"Our family spent the Christmas holidays in Winter Park at this condo and absolutely loved it!! Plenty of room for my husband and I and our twin 13 year old boys. Great location! Close to several good restaurants. We actually walked to several! Beautiful view of the mountains looking out the kitchen window. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed to make us feel at home. LOVED the HUGE bathtub in the guest bath!! Awesome after a full day of skiing!! Condo has its very own washer/dryer which was very nice to have and not have to worry about finding quarters at the end of the day!! Great asset was the garage!!!! Winter Park had about 15 inches of snow while we were there, and it was so nice to just take off in the morning in a nice warm car, and not worry about thawing the car out and scrapping snow off the windshield! Owners are extremely NICE and THOUGHTFUL!!! Anyone would LOVE this condo!!!!"

  • More than I expected

"This condo was more than I expected. Great location to catch the shuttle, very well appointed, and the property manager, Judi, was AMAZING. She took care of us from the reservations, payment schedule, area amenities and assisting us with ski rental challenges in person. This was the perfect place for a first time family or a repeat vacationer. I will be selecting this condo unit and property manager every time i come."
