  • Large and Spacious

"Loved this place. The loft was spacious enough to accommodate all 13 of us comfortably. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Spacious, CLEAN and great location!

"We spent a month in this condo, and it was wonderful in every way. It was exceptionally clean, and the layout was very spacious and accommodating. We loved its corner location at the back of the complex on the ground level. There was ample storage for our extended stay--closets, luggage racks, hooks, drawers, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pans and utensils were in like-new condition--not a hodge-podge of leftovers like we have found in other condos. We loved the two porches, which gave us plenty of outdoor space. The only thing we missed was a grill for the individual unit, as we grill almost every night. The complex, however, has two very nice gas grills close by in the common area. We hope to return to Winter Park to this very unit in the not-too-distant future."

  • BEST family vacation! Maximum privacy & comfort!

"I could write a book on the joys of staying here! I wrote an extremely long review before noticing there were limited characters! So, had to throw that out... but to sum up: PERFECT! Comfortable, private, clean, well-stocked, nicely appointed, and owners EASY to work with! Privacy was the key here. We loved it! Great Wi-Fi! Had our teen daughter with us, and that is a must! :) Great trails nearby. Water surrounds the back and side. Spa tub is the best we've ever used in our many vacations. Enjoyed the hummingbird encounters tremendously - they were literally eating while sitting on our hands! THAT was amazing! Starry nights are the clearest here! No noise disturbances!! Recommend Rudi's Deli - good, healthy food. We did not like DeAntonio's though (food or staff). Description is FULLY accurate! I would recommend this to anyone! Spa Tub was the biggest, cleanest, most well-maintained I had ever seen! Kudos! Most stars I've ever encountered! Shooting starts numerous also! I love all creatures, but for those of you who aren't as fond of them, we did not see anything of concern even once - i.e. mountain lion, bear... any "biters" :) Loads of birds! Ravens, crows, hummingbirds (numerous!!), chipmunks, ground squirrels, enough to make the nature part so much fun to watch and take photographs of! Zip-lining, white-water rafting, horseback riding, the Zephyr train to Glenwood Springs... ALL within an hour or less of beautiful, scenic driving! You won't regret staying here. My only regrets were 1) not finding this place sooner, and 2) having to leave! It was PERFECT! The waterfalls, boulders, clear water was so wonderful, I could write an entire review on this alone! The roar of the water - ahhh!! Jenny was fabulous! I mean this in every way! Friendly, accommodating, professional. Answered questions quickly! Maintenance person nearby town - we were never disturbed though! Being on the edge of the National Forest was an experience all its own. You feel like you own the world for a little while :) There are SO many things we absolutely adored about this home and its location. If there are ANY questions I might be able to answer for you, please contact me! We will be coming back again! There were only three of us this time, but the house is large enough to accommodate our 6 kids and family! Fantastic! Thank you for reading my review. I do hope it helps make your decision to stay here the perfect choice! :)"

  • great condo with a view

"We loved everything about this place! The layout. All the room. The hot tub. The incredible view of the ski slopes. The great kitchen. The comfortable beds. We are a family of five and it works perfect for us. The master bedroom upstairs is huge and comfortable. Our three girls love the bunk room; the trundle bed means one could even bring a friend. Of course, we didn't even use the extra bedroom so all of them could bring friends! Our family doesn't ski but there was still plenty to do in the area. From simple sledding to giant hill tubing, from Subway to great pizza to Mexican, from hanging out at the condo to the Rec Center, we had no trouble filling up our week with great memories. We are so glad we spent time here! I would recommend this place to anyone!"
