  • Great Home and Location for Family Summer Vacation

"We just concluded and memorable week of vacation in Winter Park with lodging at this home. The home was as described. Thanks to Craig, owner, for being responsive to our inquiries and emails. Our group included me and my wife, my 3 teenage boys, a friend of the boys, and my wife's father. The home was more than ample to accommodate us comfortably. We managed most of our meals from the home utilizing the fully stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill. With teenage boys, this saves a considerable amount of money versus eating out. The views of the Winter Park Resort are spectacular as you sit and relax in the living room. Of course, the boys loved seeing the big black bear that visited the trash dumpster one night. The Winter Park resort and the town have really grown over recent years. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the town is continually adding new shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The summer activities at the resort appeal to teenagers. The alpine slide, hiking, bungee trampoline, and the mountain biking is sure to keep them entertained. We spent one day doing the alpine slide and base activities. We spent another day renting bikes, equipment, and lift tickets to take advantage of Trestle Bike Park. Loads of fun. There are even more activities for small children. We also did several day trips. It is an easy one hour drive to Kremmling, CO to raft the upper Colorado river through beautiful canyons (perfect raft trip for all ages). Rocky Mountain National Park is less than one hour away and Trail Ridge Road over to Estes Park is always fun. We saw a number of Elk in the morning heading toward Estes and then several Moose in the evening headed back to Winter Park. This is a full fun day. Finally, we enjoyed a day in Idaho Springs. This is an easy 40 minute drive over the mountain for a more advanced white water rafting down clear creek and zip lines. This home, Winter Park, and all the nearby activities make this a great family summer vacation. My boys are already talking about next year."

  • Super great condo

"We have stayed several times in the condo. It is so close to the mountain, has the best hot tub around.. and really close, right out the door.. On the same floor as laundry which is helpful. Easy to work with, quick to respond to questions. Will definately stay there again and again. Winter Park is a wonderful place to take your family to."

  • Perfect location - Amazing home!

"This is the second time we've stayed at this home in Winter Park and we absolutely love it. The owners are fantastic at getting back in the timely manner to emails and phone calls. This is the place to be if you're skiing in the winter or hanging out in the summer!"

  • Very comfy

"We enjoyed our stay in the unit, finding it nice and roomy. It looked even nicer than in the photos (a lovely surprise of course). Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great too. The only complaint I can come up with is that the management company could try a little harder since our first order of business was to drive over to Safeway because there wasn't a shred of toilet paper in the unit or any paper towels. But that happens in any condo from time to time; I am sure that it is the exception in this unit, not the rule."
