  • Great Family Ski Home Experience in Fraser

"Our family had a comfortable stay at the Custom Timber Frame Home in Fraser. The location was ideal for access to the ski area via the bus and the Fraser Safeway as we prepared our breakfast and dinners facilitated by the available kitchen ware. The warm timber frame atmosphere of the Great Room with views to the mountains and the large family table that accommodated our entire family of 9 made for a very enjoyable ski vacation. The listing description was accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful in the booking process and I would recommend to friends and relatives."

  • Perfect for our family of 9!

"We had a great stay here for our yearly family ski trip. We have all ages from grandparents to a 2 year old granddaughter. Wonderful location and bus access to Winter Park/Mary Jane. Great restaurants within walking distance. This condo is well maintained and the owner is quick to respond. Plenty of privacy for our kids of all ages. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and my family really enjoyed the hot tub. Love skiing Mary Jane, think it's the most beautiful area in Colorado and they just opened a new restaurant at the top of the Super Gauge that's beautiful. My family loved tubing as well, we went at night. Thanks so much! We would be happy to stay here again. It would be perfect for summer and fall as well."

  • Amazing, beautiful family destination!

"When our family decided to do an early Christmas rendezvous in CO, we searched the internet for the perfect house...and we found it! The location of this beautiful home, nestled in the pines at the edge of the forest and within minutes of the Winter Park ski area was ideal. The owner gave us impeccable directions to the house, and upon arrival we found everything to be just what he explained. When we had questions, he was quick to respond to our text. We had an amazing time as a family, enjoying the wonders of God's creation.... gorgeous view out every window. We all agreed that we would like to come back again!"

  • Great Townhouse Choice For Staying With Kids!

"We had a wonderful stay in this great townhouse on Timber Lake. Just minutes (2 minutes) from the town of Winter Park makes getting to all the fun spots super convenient. This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys (7, 4, 10 months) and they had their own space upstairs which includes 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft flex area. The master is on the main floor and is really nice and comfortable with a 5 piece bath & walk in closet. All of these units were very nicely designed and the home just feels great from the moment you walk in. Very nice upgrades and great deck. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals at home. We really liked the private hot tub for sure. My wife and I were able to enjoy the hot tub after the kids were down because it's right there out the front door. This wouldn't have been possible staying at your typical resort or hotel so we loved this about the property. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you."
