  • Great place to stay - it IS as nice as the pictures look

"My family (6 adults & 2 children) stayed here for a weekend while attending the wedding. We found the property to have plenty of space for all of us. Booking was real easy (not to mention the price was great), and checkin / checkout was as easy as it could get. If my memory serves me right, there were three bedrooms downstairs - one with a king bed and a bathroom, one with a queen bed, one with a bunk bed, and a hall bath. The room with the bunk bed has a door going out to the real nice hot tub. On the main floor there were no bedrooms, but a half bath, the kitchen, dining room, living room, and real nice deck outside. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king bed and a real nice bathroom. Overall, lots of space. The kitchen was real nice. The garage, although one car, was plenty large. We had a Tahoe, six adult bikes, and a carrier for the kids in there. My only complaint about the whole place was that the garage floor was very covered in dirt, probably a few years worth. Other than that (which is super minor), nothing else could have been better. The location is very conveniently close to the highway (although no highway noise), pretty much right across the street from one of the entries to Winter Park ski resort. Next time we stay in Winter Park, we'll be staying here without a second thought."

  • Ski In/Out comfort

"Unit was very comfortable and perfectly situation in the ski in/out building of the resort. Has a great murphy bed and a pull out couch plus the Queen in the bedroom. This was more than comfortable for 4 of us one night. Owners had misc items in the kitchen that made the stay very comfortable and thoughtful like coffee filters, extra tea bags, seasonings etc. Towels and linens were luxurious. We were surprised at how much we liked the unit. owner was wonderful to work with."

  • Good location and value

"My fiance and I stayed at this properly six nights for a ski vacation. The studio was clean and in a great location close to Winter Park, Safeway, restaurants (we recommend Deno's), ski rental, and the tubing hill. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we prepared many meals at home. The hot tub in the rec center was a welcome relief after a long day of skiing. The covered parking was limited, but we always found a spot, and there was additional parking in the front of the building if needed. Gina was quick to respond to emails and quickly refunded our deposit after our stay. Our only complaint was that noise from the refrigerator sometimes woke up my fiance, who is a light sleeper. It would also be nice if the studio had more lighting for reading at night. On a whole, it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to others."

  • Great Location

"Parking and Ski lockers are a plus. King Mattress is on the soft side while sofa mattress lacks support....air mattress worked out though. Clean and remodeled. Ample space for the three of us."
