  • Terrific Summer Week

"Perfect family vacation spot for our family of five. Close to Winter Park for downhill mountain biking and not too far from Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking. The condo is exactly as described. Condo is clean and kitchen is well-stocked with all of the basics. We especially liked the first floor location with a deck facing a stream - not your normal ski condo experience. The only suggestion would be a fifth chair for the table to match the five occupants!"

  • A Great Place to Stay While Visiting Winter Park

"I'm not really the review-writing type but, in this instance, I felt that a review was definitely warranted. Three college buddies and I (all now 50 years old) decided that we needed a man-cation out and away from it all. Once we decided on the Winter Park area, we began beating the VRBO bushes for a place to call our headquarters. We selected this property mainly because of its location. It was near everything we wanted to do in and around the Winter Park area while also offering seclusion, privacy, and most impotently, peace and quite. Working with the home owner prior to our arrival was a pleasure and he made the entire process of renting his property a piece of cake. When we arrived, we found his rental property clean and comfortable with enough room for us all to spread out and relax. The home owner went to great lengths to provided written information regarding his rental house and the Winter Park area as well. After five minutes, we were in complete agreement. We made an excellent lodging choice for our Man-Cation! While in Winter Park, we thuroughly enjoyed ourselves on a daily basis. Mountain Biking and hiking were on the agenda every day. We dined out about half the time but also took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and gas grill at the rental house. Every afternoon and evening was spent on the deck chatting and absorbing the great outdoors. The stars at night were amazing! What more can I say, we had a great time and had a very nice place to stay. If we return to Winter Park for Man-Cation 2.0, we will definitely book this home again."

  • Nice Place

"The place is cozy and spacious. Could fit 6 if needed. Two problems with the experience. Rich, the owner, failed to email me directions. I called 4:00pm the day of and he gave me verbal instructions on how to get in. He said he would email me the details, but that didn't get sent until 1:30am the first night we stayed. The other issue was location. The map pin is not in the correct place. This unit is in Beaver Village Condos, a couple miles from the lifts. Other than that, we loved the furniture and showers had great pressure."
