  • Fraser Condo

"Great place, a bit tight for 10 people, lots of condiments and kitchen supplies available so need for immediate shopping trip eliminated ... pizza in freezer (left be owner or last guest?) worked great 1st night when all were too tired to shop / go out after a 2 day drive out. In short, we had a wonderful time and made tight quarters work out well. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom done very well. 5 kids loved the bunk room. Club house and amenities were great for all. Spent a lot of time reading unique stickers on the wall, a very creative idea. Great value and would stay again."

  • Winter Park Wonderland

"Beautiful cabin - plenty of room. Well stocked and very clean. Beautiful views from every window of snow and mountains. Friends stayed someplace else and their view was of other condos. The owner was very quick to respond to my emails before and after my stay. Just a short drive to Winter Park resort, with no traffic! Also on the bus route, but we drove. Easy walk to main street. Nice to have games, we played Clue and did most of a puzzle (not all of the sky) I would highly recommend."

  • Great family vacation home for skiers with kids!!!

"My family and friends stayed here over President's weekend. There were 15 people in our group including 7 kids: ages 13, 12, 12,9,9,8,and 5. There was more than enough room for all of us and it was nice that the kids had a "wing" of the house to themselves to hang out and play. The radiant heating in the floors was also a perk and we never even felt cold when it was -4 degrees outside! We didn't rent a 4 wheel drive but wish that we had because the driveway is a little steep and slippery when covered with snow. It would have been no big deal with a different vehicle. ---The hot tub was so perfect and it felt great to just relax after a day of skiing. It was perfectly located right out the patio doors of the great room. In the entryway downstairs, there was an area to hang all of your coats and a place for you to dry your ski boots and gloves. The great room was huge and was a great place for all of us to just spend time talking about the events of the day. The home really had so many neat and carefully thought through amenities. We were really impressed and it was perfect for our family and friends. The kids and adults had a blast. ----Now on to what we learned about the mountain. We had never skied Winter Park before and here are some tips if bringing kids. The property is ski in/out. You have to walk a short distance (20 yards maybe) to ski down to the cat walk to winter park. To ski in you have to ski down the mary jane trail and you are able to ski right to the garage door if there is snow coverage on the road. Everyday we strapped our boot and skis on and headed down to WP to ski that side and only went to the Mary Jane side when wanting to go back to the house. The green runs at Winter Park are pretty flat and our kids had a hard time with them. We had to let them ski with poles for the first time because the adults got tired of waiting on them and "slinging" them with our poles. On the last day we skied, we decided to hike from the house to the Mary Jane base and just ski on that side instead of starting on the WP side. Even though that was quite a hike for a bunch of Texas folks in high altitude, it was a much better day of skiing for all of us. The kids were much less frustrated. All of our kids were intermediate skiers. -----Overall, I would highly recommend this home. It was a wonderful experience and the owner is very hands-on. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and letting us make wonderful memories."
