  • 50th Anniversary

"We rented this home in Aug for my parents 50th Anniversary so that all their kids and grandkids could be there. They worked well with us in getting all the details taken care of and our family had a great time. We had mainly adults and teens and they all had something to do while we were there. What a great home."

  • The Perfect location for kids and adults alike!

"We stayed at Chris's condo and had such a great time. Great access to a paved bike trail and we were able to bike to town daily (3 miles-ish) with a 5 and 8 year old. My brother-in-law and i were also able to bike to Howelson hill for mtn biking. The whole family went tubing right out the door (walked the trail to a put in spot about 300 yds away). The resort was even closer than the town for those hoping to do that. Spacious condo with a beautiful courtyard out back for relaxing in the sun. Thanks Chris!"

  • Best Ski In Ski Out In Snowmass

"We rented this condo for the purpose of skiing with our 2 college age "children" on their spring break. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The location is absolutely perfect; a literal 20 steps to the slopes where you put your skis on and are ski down to the most central lift on the mountain (and the one that opens the earliest and closes the latest). The condo is exactly as described, it is warm and homey, and plentiful in space. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge and stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and toaster over, crock pot, as well as a wine fridge. All appliances appear to be new. There were several spices, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent and various other things that were there and well stocked when we arrived, which we thought was really thoughtful and something that often isn't included in other places we have rented. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. The beds in both of the rooms were very comfortable, and have nice linens on them. The pull out couch was also exceptionally comfortable and in fact, our kids fought about who would get to sleep there because it was so comfortable...not a usual as pull out couches go. Someone in a previous review mentioned the heat in the master bedroom not working; we arrived on the day that the person who wrote the review left, and that review was inaccurate. The heat throughout the condo is more than adequate. We were there during one of the coldest weeks of the year, and at times cracked a window because the heat was more than enough. The condo is also stocked with firewood, starter logs, fireplace matches, and newspaper. The condo is a quick walk or sled down the hill to the Snowmass Village restaurants and shops and about a 15 drive to Aspen. (I have to note that on one of the nights we went to Aspen for dinner and ate at the Hickory House...great and inexpensive restaurant that specializes in ribs that are outstanding). The owners of this property go above and beyond to make this a home away from home for their guests. We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity of staying here and would highly recommend this property!"

  • Great stay in the middle of ski hills in Summit County

"We liked the location for access to Ski hills. The accommodations were great. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking good dinners and breakfasts, it was especially nice to have a grill to cook steaks on! Having cable TV was good and internet as well but the internet speed was slow to the extent that we all used our cell connections. Rooms were all good sized and we had 4 men comfortably staying for 4 nights. Would stay here again next time in the area."
