  • Wonderful, upscale property

"My husband and 3 kids went to Steamboat for Spring Break. The place was fantastic - all the upgrades you see in the photos, luxurious finishes, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and easy to get to from their unit. Garage was tall enough to get our car carrier in on top of our SUV. Easy, short walk to the ski hill. Being able to store our skis at the base was really great too! Owner was very easy to deal with and very responsive."

  • Great family home

"The house was wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked . My husband loves to cook when we go on ski vacations. After opening the cubards and seeing all the great spices, pots, and pans, He knew a cook must own this house. The house had many "extras" that a typical rental does not like laundry baskets, games, etc. it was all very much appreciated. We loved having the 2 living areas! The downside we ran into was that the house was not part of the neighborhood association and we could not use the mountain resorts shuttle. We had to rely on the purple (public) bus Line. Which was great except that it does not run from 11-1 and quits running I think at 6:00 p.m. And steamboat does not have ubur. But the condo is close to the base and u can walk but would not want to walk it in snowboots."

  • Highly recommend!

"We have been staying in condos or homes in Mountain Side for the past 3 years. This house was the best. The owners were very responsive. The house was clean and updated. The access to the best hot tubs in Frisco was easy - just across the street. We had up to 8 adults during our stay, and it was fine. Central to all the major Colorado ski resorts in the area."

"Beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay, great location close to shopping and skiing. We had a fun day at the YMCA. We did have to request someone look at the hot tub when we went to use it our first night it was a cool 80 degrees."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
