  • Cozy New Years getaway!

"This condo was absolutely perfect for New Years with my girlfriend. The location couldn't be beat, the shuttles were on time, and the condo itself was very clean and cozy. We could not get the fireplace to work (although that's probably on us!) and there was not a DVD player, but the view and the coziness more than made up for those small shortcomings. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to any couple, small family, or small group."

  • Awesome Time!!

"My wife and I stayed with our son over spring break and had a great time! The condo was wonderful, it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Thanks Bill for answering our questions and suggesting renting ski equipment from Lone Star Sports (which was across the street). We'll definitely be coming back!! Thanks so much for sharing your condo!!"

  • Talisman Condo

"Myself and two friends enjoyed our visit.......with only one bedroom we were concerned with the day bed/trundle option for the two unlucky guys but they were comfortable and in a place that did not interfere with the living room and dining area. The place was roomy for 3 people and the location was perfect....a short 5 - 10 minute walk to the Vail Village gondola. It was also well stocked as we stayed in and cooked a few nights and had everything need to prepare and serve a meal. This is not always the case in rented units."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
