  • Cozy Weekend in the Mountains

"We so enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was well-maintained, comfortable, accommodated our family with room to spare, and looked just like the pictures :) It was perfectly located right next to Winter park resort and we were able to walk there easily. Since we visited in October and the resort was not open for skiing yet, we hiked in surrounding areas and spent much time at the house relaxing. The kitchen was fully functional which made it extremely easy to cook meals at the house. It was like a home away from home for the weekend! and an added bonus: it is dog-friendly so we got to bring our sweet little border collie along for the trip (she enjoyed the property just as much as we did). Judy had a wonderful welcome packet at her home that offered us several recommendations for places to visit and we took her up on several of them! She was incredibly easy to work with and offered us clear instructions for every step of the process. We absolutely would visit here again and would recommend it without any reservations!"

  • Clean & Comfortable

"The condo is clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for everyone to spread out on two floors. It has a great view of the mountains and the clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna, and ping pong is just steps away. We stay here every year while spring skiing and love it! Great location . . . close to all the summit ski slopes, as well as shopping, dining and other activities for the non-skiers."

  • Dual Family Spring Break Getaway

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the 3 bed 3 bath + den (which had bunk beds). On the third floor. It was perfect for our families. We had 2 families with 4 kids total so the dual masters were great and there was enough space for everyone. The place was very nice and conveniently located with reliable shuttle service to and from the gondola area. We would definitely stay here again."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
