  • Great place to stay

"This was a very nice unit. Very clean. 2 of the bedrooms with 1 bath has a door going to them so you can close that area off a bit. (Great for crying kids). When I had questions they always responded back quickly by email or answered their phone, so I fell comfortable knowing if I we had problems, I could contact them easily."

  • Great winter vacation spot!

"Can't beat ski-in ski-out access. It was nice being on the ground level and there was plenty of room for my family (6 members). Chad was nice enough to suggest dining locations that fit what we were looking for and the town of Breckenridge was quaint yet lively. The ski conditions were very good, lots of snow and runs with different skill levels. I'm sure we will stay there again on our next trip! Thanks Chad!!"

  • We will be returning

"Excellent rental home! The owners take wonderful care of this place and we very helpful with local info. Simple, rustic decor. Comfortable beds. WiFi and satellite TV included, but take advantage of sitting on the back deck looking over the creek and the views of Fraser and Winter Park. A 5 minute drive to Fraser. Quiet neighborhood. We brought our kids and they were comfortable. We will be definitely returning here for summer vacations in the future."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
