  • Great Two night stay in Winter Park

"This was the only unit I could find that allowed a two night stay for a reasonable price. Most others had a minimum of three nights. While being somewhat dated, it was clean and comfortable. Lisa was easy to work with and allowed us to check in early. My wife and three kids (17, 19, & 20) felt at home here and enjoyed our stay. Located in the heart of Winter Park, you are never very far from anything. You can't go wrong with this unit."

  • Couples Weekend

"We were 3 couples staying in the condo. The condo was perfect! It is much prettier than the photos do it justice; there are huge windows facing east and west. The kitchen is very well equipped (just bring cooking oil). We ended up driving to the mountain because it was easier, but the bus stop is close. There are two nice hot tubs, heated pool, steam room, sauna, and locker room about 125 yds away. The email response time was a few days but it all worked out! We would love to stay here again."

  • Excellent and affordable place close to Aspen ski areas

"We stayed in Linda's condo for a week of Masters racing in Buttermilk. The condo is nice, clean, and comfortable. Linda responded to every email very quickly. The place is conveniently located close to the highway, but far enough to avoid any traffic noise. We can highly recommend this place as an alternative to expensive lodging in Aspen, as it is less than 20 min drive to Snowmass, Buttermilk, Highlands, and Aspen."

  • We'll Be Back!

"Another great month at Chalky and Lynn's house! This is a great home away from home and we are always grateful for the time we spend here. Well appointed, comfortable, convenient… everything you could ask for in a rental. We rented for the month of January and we live close enough that we can travel back and forth on weekends, although some of us opt to stay and "work" from the house, since it has wi-fi and (at least with our AT&T plan) great cell coverage. Quick drive to the slopes, groceries and restaurants. Beaver Creek has a lot to offer and you can enjoy it all from this home. Thanks Chalky and Lynn!"

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
