"Fantastic property for this first time VRBO user. We so enjoyed the property especially Gore Creek right out the back door. We felt secluded and with nature but then the location is so central for being in the mix of all that the Vail/Beaver Creek area had to offers. Best of all worlds. Thanks Maureen - we will be back!"

  • Very nice condo!

"We just stayed here last weekend (in July) for our sons soccer tournament and it worked great for our family! This nicely maintained unit was within walking distance to several soccer fields. Our boys could also easily walk over and cool down at the pool located at the trailhead lodge and get together for a team BBQ without us having to pay the premium price of staying at the lodge. The first floor unit also worked well for grandma, as she can't do steps well. The unit was clean, everything worked well in the kitchen as we had several meals there, and the beds were comfortable. They even provided fans which worked great with the cool mountain air at night. The back porch and furniture was very handy as well."

  • Great condo, Fantasitc location!

"We stayed in this unit because of the location within Keystone resort. Its balcony overlooks the main resort common area. What a great location! Sitting on the balcony people watching and observing the fire pits made for a relaxing way to start and end the day. The unit itself is well equipped and looks to have all new flat screen TVs. The beds were all very comfortable as was the couch. The kitchen had all the needed items for cooking meals in the condo. Of course, the resort had many restaurants to choose from if you want to eat out. Many restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The ski lift is also just a very short walk from the unit. The underground parking would be a very big plus during the winter season. We will be back."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
