  • Summer in Keystone

"What a fantastic find! Very spacious with spectacular views! Well stocked and clean place! Loved relaxing in the great room and on the deck. Lots to do nearby, plenty of places to eat...but why go out? Cooking in that kitchen was a joy! Enjoyed short trips to little towns including Frisco and Breckenridge. (Or should I say "Breck"?) Loved Georgetown and Idaho Springs too. So many hiking trails right there on the property and did I mention relaxing by the pool? The combination of cool mountain air and this totally relaxing setting made this the perfect vacation for us! We hope to return to create more fun family memories!"

  • Extremely pleased with our spring break stay!

"We were extremely pleased with our spring break stay in this beautiful mountain home. The house was so nicely furnished and very clean, and the views were spectacular. We even saw a fox in the front yard! The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfectly suited the needs of our group of four adults and six college “kids.” We skied 4 fantastic days at Winter Park, just a short drive away. On our day off, we went tubing at the Colorado Adventure Park, which was a hit with everyone. We enjoyed the benefit of having individual room thermostats. We bought our groceries at the Safeway in Fraser. (Be sure to sign up for the free Club Card!) Everything we needed for cooking was included in the well-stocked kitchen. We spent evenings watching TV and playing games, and the college kids did bring along an extra TV for playing their video games. The rental price was very reasonable, and Brian was quick to answer emails. He also refunded our deposit promptly."

  • Great location and owner

"We had a fantastic experience all the way around. The condo is close to the Mountain House ski school, so it was very well located. The owner was exceptionally helpful and the overall value was excellent. We'll be back!"

  • Great Condo for Family Reunion

"Great for large families! We used the condo for a pre family reunion which was held in Dillon. It was nice to have some of our family which we do not see often in a place where we could all meet and have some meals together. There were lots of games for all, swimming close by as well as close to shopping, hiking, and other activities. Also was especially nice to have olive oil, salad dressings, tea and coffee available since we came on the plane."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
