  • Very homey and great location!

"We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and well stocked. It felt like we were visiting a friend or family members home! We made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed except the turkey pan! Definitely recommend and is pet friendly!!"

  • Teriffic stay at Byers Peak

"Our family had such a great time here! We had 6 adults and 7 kids and the space was more than adequate. Plenty of room for sleeping arrangements. The kids played and played outside in the snow and sledding down the hill just outside the door. When they came in it was so easy to dry their wet clothes in the 4 dryers at the house and have them ready for outdoor fun! The kitchen was awesome, I didn't know 2 dishwashers would be so handy. The kitchen was well supplied and the whole house is laid out to accommodate large groups yet is a nice warm inviting space. There is plenty of space for the kids to go play and yet they are never far away. The views are spectacular from this house! It was a great place to just relax or go outside and play. There were so many things to do in the area, things that all ages could enjoy. Nila, the owner, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. There is so much to do in the area - you're close to Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake. It looks like summer would be as much fun here as winter. All in all, if you want a great place to stay and you have a large group, this is the perfect place to stay. I can't think of anything that you would need that was not supplied other than food and clothes. It was a Thanksgiving all of our family will remember."

  • Awesome Mountain Feel

"This condo was exactly what a mountain condo should look like. Stone with log interrior and an open layout treated our family perfect for our week long ski vacation."

  • Great Fall Getaway!

"Our family spent a wonderful weekend at this property. The views are amazing and the house is convenient to Carbondale, Glenwood Springs and Aspen. The space was big enough to where everyone had their own space. Our teenage son and friend lived in the basement watching movies, playing games, and pool. The house is clean and well maintained and Peter is great to work with. The deer were out everyday and evening in the backyard and the views were simply spectacular with the Fall colors. We will return to this property."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
