"We had a wonderful stay at Silver Mill River Run. Suzanne is very easy to work with and the unit is very comfortable. We hope to start staying for an extended period during the next couple of years."

  • Perfect getaway location.

"My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Great location, clean, plenty of room, and so nice to have all of the amenities of being at home for making meals, etc. The on site recreation center is very nice and a great place to go within walking distance to the front door of the unit. We would highly recommend staying here for summer or winter activities. Perfect for an active family of 4."

  • Nice spot

"Small unit but very comfortable and convenient. Close to parking, check-in, ski lockers, restaurants, etc. Keystone is not the greatest mountain spot for food and drinking (or skiing) but within Keystone, this is about as good as a 1 bedroom condo is going to get. Couch was phenomenal and bed was comfortable too. Nice to have a balcony. Great selection of DVDs (a nice touch)."

  • It doesn't get any better than this!

"Three 'Dad's' and their 6 sons, now ages 27-35, have been doing an annual Father-Son ski trip for 15 years. We always stay in houses whereever we go. This house was GREAT. Four bedrooms upstairs with their own baths, an entire second site in the basement for the boys, a great kitchen, living room, dining room and hot tub for socializing.....all of this literally within minutes of Beaver Creek and 15 minutes to Vail. House was clean, well equipped, and in great shape....and, the price is great. Owner was very responsive as well, a nice guy. We will definitely be back."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
