  • Wonderful Christmas

"My family and I spent Christmas in your lovely cabin. It was absolutely beautiful. We were far enough away from the neighbors to enjoy the seclusion, but close enough to area attractions to take part in many activities. The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Dealing with the owners was easy and they responded to our questions promptly. I would recommend this cabin and hope to stay there again."

  • excellent experience

"We've traveled to numerous ski destinations over the years, but Steamboat is now our favourite! This condo suited our needs perfectly, was exceptionally clean, well equipped and well located. Although just a short walk to the gondola, walking in ski boots is never easy, so we opted for the convenience of a locker at the base...definitely worth it. The condo itself was very comfortable and a new king bed in the master bedroom was heavenly. The complimentary shuttle was also very convenient and we were able to manage just fine without a car. On a final note, dealing with Kim at Condos in Steamboat was a pleasure from start to finish. She was most helpful throughout our planning stages and even came to our rescue after we experienced numerous flight delays and lost luggage! We definitely hope to return again!"

  • Delightful Condo

"Our family of 5 had the opportunity to stay here for 12 nights. We had come from Australia to ski Vail. Right from the booking through to our departure, the owner Debbie was very helpful and accommodating. The condo is at east vail with the shuttle out the front which is a 20minute ride into Vail itself. The service is every 15 minutes in peak times and runs through to 2 am. The accommodation itself was very good. A recent renovation and Debbies use of fine quality material results in a very good level of luxury. We had dinner at night in the condo and it was great to have access to all of those herbs, spices and essential cooking extra that you need. Internet worked brilliantly, there were all sorts of extras like games, DVDs and books. Would highly recommend the condo as its well above average for the area"

  • Surprised, in a good way

"This is a great place at a very reasonable price. The owners were very easy to work with and offer a very straight forward price without all those extra fees. You can even avoid paying the cleaning fee if you spend a little time and follow their cleaning list. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit and will be booking it for our 2016 trip. The owners have a lot of family things on the wall making it feel very welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
