  • 3 Night Stay in Dillon, Co

"The townhome was very nice and clean. The only draw back for me was the amount of stairs you have to take to get into the townhome, but we knew that upfront. All and all we were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Also wanted to mention how quickly we were able to check in and how friendly the gal who checked us in was!"

  • Awesome!!

"This home exceeded our expectations by far. We really enjoyed the proximity to town along with extremely private grounds. It's very modern and open, but there is still enough interior privacy that accommodated our large family nicely. Definitely coming back!!!"

  • Wonderful accommodation

"We three (husband, wife, dog) thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Hostess-With-the-Mostest Chris. The space is perfectly appointed with comfortable furniture, every gadget one could ever need and great beds. Luxurious linens were wonderful! Also, she's made sure there is plenty of room for the visitors' stuff (not always the case). View from the patio is the BEST! We spent many hours there enjoying our spectacular view of Mt Sopris and the beautiful garden. Heartily recommend this lovely place and its location!"

  • Very nice accomodations!

"my husband and I recently stayed in this unit. It was wonderful! Robin was very easy to work with from the beginning. The unit is connected to the main part of the house but it is completely private and felt like it was our own. It is very tastefully decorated with very nice tile work throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils and it also had a very nice gas grill. The king bed was super comfy, and there was also a love seat size sleeper sofa... But we did not use that. It would be great for a child or maybe two small children. This place is very dog friendly and Robin's dogs were so nice. They greeted us every time we went out. It was a very short walk across the street to the snow and we just put on our skis and skied down to the gondola. Super easy! If we ever return to Steamboat, we will definitely stay here again. I would have given this 5 stars (I wish there was a four and a half), but the very small drawback was that there is no hot tub and my husband and I usually look for that in a property. The many positives about this place definitely outweigh that one very small negative."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
