  • GREAT CHOICE FOR US.

"As advertised: "Great for family reunions". That is exactly what we had and this was the perfect place. The owner went out of her way to provide everything we needed for a great retreat. Easy access to the mountain, to town. to everything. Well kept, homey, great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We would rent again with no issue at all. Loved having the owner right next door to answer a question or help. They were never intrusive and only there if we asked. All was fabulous."

  • Cozy and cheerful condo in a very convenient location

"This one bedroom condo has everything you need for a week in the mountains. The kitchen and bath are updated and clean. All dishes and cooking utensils are available. The corner unit is bright and tastefully decorated. The lovely hardwood floors add to the clean feel of this unit. There is a nice view of the lake and mountains from the deck. all furnishings are clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay."

  • Fantastic Property

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights. First of all, the instructions were easy to follow to get to (and into) the home. The home itself was spottlessly clean and ENORMOUS. it had every amenity you could possibly want, and the views were awe inspiring. Unfortunately, we had 3 days of poor weather so didn't get a chance to use the outside area and barbecue, but that did not detract from the great time we had here. The only small complaint, was that there was no information on how to use the TV/DVD and we couldn't get a signal with the TV in the bedroom, but having said that, we didn't go there to watch TV! Would we stat there again if we were in that area? YES Would we recommend this property? DEFINATELY."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
