  • Our recent stay in Frisco

"Perfectly and centrally located, near Interstate makes it very convenient to drive to other ski areas. Very quiet and peaceful with the sound of a beautiful serene view of the creek, from living room and master bedroom. Owner, provides all amenities, with a very personal flare. Her home is immaculate in every sense. Shuttle to ski area is just steps to the street in front of condos, for those who don't want to hassle driving and parking on weekends. Owner, is extremely helpful in every sense to help you with Ski rentals, and very knowledgeable in all the ski areas, and restaurants. I would recommend location to my friends in a heartbeat. Made our stay most enjoyable and we will back next year for certain, Thank you, Marci, a dear friend and great for sharing your beautiful home."

  • Great find

"Great condo. Ski in from the 4 o'clock run that is just across the street. The heated garage was big enough to fit our large 4 door Toyota Tacoma. Very clean. Grill on the back deck (though we didn't use it but nice to have the option). Only a few blocks from downtown so easily walkable. We stayed here with friends and had our 7 month old infant with us and loved every minute. Highly recommend."

  • Another Great Week in our Favorite Condo

"This was our 2nd stay at Christmas week in this condo. We have stayed in many places over the years and this is our favorite. It is comfortable, convenient and well equipped. It is on the corner of the building so there is a lot of light. Kitchen appliances are pretty new and the kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is comfortable and Internet speed is pretty good too. There was significant snow fall while there and the property was plowed early and often. Barbara the owner is a pleasure to work with and very responsive."

  • Everything we wanted and more!

"The lodge was 1.1 miles up from Hiway 9. I know this because I rode my bike up to the house every day. My only complaint (I'm from Kansas) is there was too little oxygen. The property is divided into two levels. Both levels have a full kitchen and sleeping accommodations. This was perfect for our family (9 adults and 9 children seven years of age and younger). In the early morning (5:30am), the kids would start to wake up. They would stay on the lower level with one adult fixing them breakfast and keeping them relatively quiet. In the evening, the kids went to sleep in the lower level. The adults stayed up late on the upper level without waking up the kids. The property was close to everything we wanted to do: Breckenridge fun Park, Horseback riding, hiking, bike riding, liquor store, grocery store. Everyone in my family wants to come back next year!"

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
