  • Relaxing Thanksgiving get-a-way!

"My friends and I had such a great time at this place for the long Thanksgiving weekend! We loved the amenities of the house and the hot tub was great! It was cozy and we had plenty of room for the 8 people that stayed at the house. We loved how nice and quiet the neighborhood was. We went for long walks and enjoyed some sledding behind the house. Our dogs loved it too! Great place, great location!"

  • Spacious condo!

"We rented the condo with another family for a fun ski weekend. We were very pleased with the location of the condo--literally right off the slopes & the village/gondola with easy access to town. We loved the enormous size of the condo! With 4 adults & 4 preteens, we needed space and we had plenty of it--plenty of room & space for all the equipment. We cooked at the condo, nothing gourmet by any standards, but found all the equipment adequate! And my favorite feature? The price! What a deal! Would absolutely rent this property again (& likely will!)"

  • Great location & super cute!!

"Owner provided excellent communication & directions. We checked in with no problems. Cottage was very clean & nicer than the pictures even portrayed. Within walking distance to most restaurants & attractions. Drank coffee on the porch in the mornings. Fun people watching. Rented bikes a couple doors down & rode to the gondola to do downhill mountain biking. Had a blast! Will be back again & would definitely recommend the cottage!"

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
