  • Very Relaxed

"Awesome vacation!!! The condo was just what we needed. Neat, clean and well stocked with what we needed for a home away from home. After long days on the slope the hot tub was so relaxing. The view was amazing and I could have sat looking out the picture windows drinking coffee all morning. Our daughter and her friends enjoyed the night skiing which was on the slopes in walking distance from the condo. Would love to go back in the future."

  • Nice condo, Great location

"The condo was a good sized one bedroom with all the amenities that you could need for your stay. The best feature of this unit was it's location. A short walk down the path from the backdoor and you can ski down to the Quicksilver lift. In the evening, it's a two block walk to Main Street and all that it has to offer. You really don't need a car. John, the owner, communicates very well and even met us on our arrival with the keys and gave us a quick tour of the unit. I'd definitely stay in John's condo again."

  • Unique experience

"What a treat it was to find this place! Felt like the only people around! Star gazing in the hot tub was magical, it felt like you could reach up and touch the heavens! Pictures are accurate, however they don't capture just how special this place is! Very accommodating, close to downtown, and perfect for a quiet place to land after a day on slopes. We saw the sardine cans everyone was crammed into, and we were so greatful we chose this place."

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
