  • Great Condo

"We traveled from Germany to Vail for skiing. We had great vacations in Vail. The condo was perfect for us. It was cozy and clean. Pretty much everything you needed was already in the Condo. The ski bus stop was only a few minutes away. The owner of the condo was very friendly and answered to all our e-mails immediately. I would recommend the condo to everyone. If we ever come back to Vail we would definitely stay there again."

  • Great location in Snowmass

"The best thing about our stay in this condo was the proximity to the ski lift and base at Snowmass. Also, there was a heated pool and hot tub. My only real complaint was the mattress of the master bed, that collapsed in the middle and caused back pain. The owner was responsive and helpful. All the amenities one would need at a vacation condo were there. Overall, our stay was great."

  • Definitely recommend it!

"What a charming property! The owners have done a fantastic job of using space--the seating, sleeping, storage and shelving have really maximized the comfort level and functionality. This combined with it being a corner unit, having lots of windows and vaulted ceilings provide an open feel that makes it seem larger than it is. The lighting, decor and other finishing touches give it a cozy, comfortable feel with a contemporary twist. The location is great--close walking distance to the lifts as well as complimentary shuttle; you can park your car in the garage and leave it for your whole stay. The owners were also very responsive to questions we had prior to our visit--great to deal with. This was our first stay in this property (found it in vrbo search) but we definitely hope to do so again!"

  • Perfect Spot!

"Very clean and well organized. Quiet and scenic. Excellent hosts paid attention to every detail. We were even given a nice bottle of red wine upon arrival, which was much appreciated after a 3 hour drive with a toddler. :)Exactly as pictured and described. Hosts were were in the condo right upstairs, so had we needed anything it would have been a snap. However, there was nothing needed! The condo was well stocked with anything you could possibly think of and then some. The beds were very comfortable, high quality linens. We can't wait to return this summer! I had no idea there was so much to do in Glenwood until I saw the very thick info book the hosts supplied in the condo. It was well done and obviously had taken lots of time and thought. Everything about this place showed what a great sense of pride and care goes into it. This place is obviously loved, and now our family loves it too!"

Northwest Travel Tips

Northwest Colorado Lodging for Expansive Western Adventures

Come enjoy the expansive western landscape of Northwest Colorado and experience the local history, cultures and wildlife. Northwest Colorado lodging is ideal for the avid hunter, explorer or even the family looking to experience the historical influences of past outlaws and homesteads.

Choose Northwest Colorado Lodging and Schedule a Big Game Hunt

Even if you’ve never been hunting before, you’ll love a weekend of capturing elk and deer near your mountain cabins in Colorado. Experience them in their natural habitat, and learn new skills in the process. Special hunts are also organized for kids only and first-timers to teach basic safety procedures that are so important. Send them off for a few days while the adults enjoy activities at the many resorts in Colorado, too.

Take a Wild Horse Tour near Mountain Cabins in Colorado

Experience the wild horses that live in the plains surrounding your Northwest Colorado lodging by scheduling a special tour the entire family will enjoy. Spend one day or several camping in the open lands near the mountain cabins in Colorado, and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure. Day tours, in 4x4s, designed to see the horses are also quite popular for a simple change of pace from the everyday resorts in Colorado.

Unique Resorts in Colorado Offer Access to Working Ranches

If you love to always be busy while on vacation, stay in Northwest Colorado lodging options that place you in the middle of a working dude ranch. Feed the horses and clean stalls, then round up the cattle with the other guests who are staying in mountain cabins in Colorado.

Family-style dinners can be included with some packages, so you’ll enjoy meeting with other guests. After a few days of hard work and fun learning experiences, you can return to your choice in resorts in Colorado for plenty of pampering and relaxation during the remainder of your vacation.
