  • Spacious and quiet

"What a great home and location! We all had plenty of space to relax. The deck allowed us to eat outside in the awesome weather. The kids loved watching the deer from every window in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

  • Incredbile Home!!

"A group of 10 of us came up from Denver for the weekend for some 14ers, hot springs and mountain time and had an absolute blast. The home was more than enough room for us. It's close to the Cottonwood Hot Springs as well as a few major trailheads. We had a great time relaxing on the porch watching the hummingbirds and playing ping pong. We will be back again in the Fall, thanks Donnie!!"

  • Nice Place to Get Away

"Cabin is conveniently located about 15 min. driving to Buena Vista and 5 min to the Mt Princeton Hot Springs Resort. Many activities are within a very short drive. During our trip we rafted on the Arkansas River, rode horses from the Mt. Princeton stables, visited the St. Elmo ghost town, drove a RZR to the top of Tincup pass, Zip-lined at Captain Zipline, and rode mountain bikes down the Mosquito Range all within a short distance from the cabin. Both bathrooms are updated and very nice. We cooked several meals in the cabin with no issue. There's no TV signal or WI-FI, but there is a nice kitchen table for family games and a DVD player/flat screen in the living room for family movie night. The bedrooms are not large by today's standards, but this is a great cabin at about 8,000 feet that is close to all activities Central Colorado has to offer. Don't expect a 4 star hotel, but we left with memories that we would never find in a 4 star hotel type of vacation."
