"The location of the house was great - very convenient to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, etc. We had a group of 14 and the house was comfortable. It is unclear in the listing that the house is actually four levels with four small, narrow staircases between floors. The carpet on the stairs is a little hazardous so be careful if you have any guests with mobility issues. The outdoor space is wonderful, we really enjoyed the trampoline and sports court. Overall, a good experience."

"Wow...My family, including 7 adults and 3 grandchildren visited my son in Col Springs, the trip was made as good as it could have been by the gracious owners of this beautiful home. We typically eat out when we vacation, but this home is so cozy/comfortable we cooked and dined in every day and night! The location is perfect, everything we wanted to do and see was within easy drive time. From someone that is in the real estate management/rental business, hats off to the owners in making this a wonderful experience. Thank you....."

"Our family spent a wonderful 48 hours at this cabin. I would recommend it if you are interested in experiencing all the busyness and touristy activities that Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs have to offer and also want to experience being in nature. It was just a short 3-5 minute drive into Colorado Springs, yet the cabin felt very removed from it. We hiked a bit in the area and enjoyed the beautiful creek just down the hill. The cabin is very well-maintained and clean. The decorations/collections displayed are very interesting to look at. My only problem with it all was that we didn't get to stay longer!!"

"Our time at the Sanctuary of the Rose was wonderful. Ann has truly made this lovely place inviting as well as a place to retreat. I particularly enjoyed walking the labyrinth and the gentle breeze on the private patio. Guides & menus gave us access to many Colorado sites and restaurants. We felt perfectly comfortable and found the peaceful atmosphere relaxing - we will definitely return to this beautiful place. The last line of St. Therese's prayer says it all "It is there for each & every one of us"."
