"Definitely a treasure! We planned a mountain sledding adventure 17th Birthday for my daughter. Well, there was not a spot of snow, but it was not hard to put together a last minute plan B. Cozy, but large home. Very comfortable. A Lot of room for different activities indoor and out. We set up volleyball in front of home & archery range in back. Had a few deer visit in the mornings & birds all day long. Only negative was the winter temperature for the home...I kept a sweater on, but no one else had an issue except me. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck. Home is exceptionally furnished. Plan out grocery shopping during day hours, very friendly store & fresh produce.
Doing this survey because I saw it planning our next trip!"

"This place is everything it says and more. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views alone are worth the trip. We arrived right after Christmas and everything was snow covered. The house was stocked with everything we needed from toilet paper to linens. The temperature dropped to -9 degrees and the house remained cozy. Internet worked great and the game room was a wonderful plus. The roads were well maintained even when it snowed 6 inches one day. Can't say enough about this property. Would love to come back in the spring."

"Wonderful cabin in Cripple Creek. Beautiful views of the Mountains from the wraparound Balcony. The house has everything you need and more. Very clean. Thanks to the owner who put up Christmas lights and a Christmas tree for us. Lots of snow during our visit. We saw rabbits and a fox during our visit. Driveway difficult to navigate in the snow and ice for Texans. Casinos are a very short drive away(you could walk if the weather was nice). Would love to return in the spring."

"We stayed a weekend in the cabin with my two kids and sister. There was plenty of space and yet very cozy. The cabin was in an awesome setting. We loved the rock outcroppings and all the trees surrounding the cabin. If it hadn't been so cold I would have spent more time on the porch! To my surprise, the driveway to the house had been plowed so getting up there was much easier than I thought it would be. And the house was warm! I have stayed at B&B's that did not have the heat turned on prior to our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was really nice. We especially liked the door. The loft was cute and spacious. The main bedroom was roomy. My only recommendation for the cabin is that the bed in the bedroom be upgraded along with the pillows. It was the only thing I was not looking forward to during my stay there. But everything else was just right!"
