  • Perfect get away location

"This is the perfect location to get away from every day hectic life, and enjoy peace and quiet. Secluded, yet near enough with easy access to all the tourist locations. We took in the sights at Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline, and Cave of the Winds. We also took in the shops in Manitou Springs. Sitting out on the deck in the early mornings to hear the sound of the birds and chipmunks, or staring at all the stars late at night, its breath taking. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much for the opportunity of staying at your home. Mizuno Family Minnesota"

  • Anniversary Get Away

"We cannot say enough about this cozy cabin. It had everything a person could possibly need and more. The hot tub was a must to relax in each night while stargazing and then heading back into the cabin to enjoy the fireplace. We so enjoyed and looked forward to the deer that visited twice a day along with the chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits and birds. The cabin was close enough to take day trips to places such as Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cripple Creek and more. Breckenridge is about 2 hours away and is worth the trip for sightseeing and shopping. This was probably one of our most favorite vacations. We were sad to leave and are already talking about returning with our daughter. Thank you Laura and Brad for sharing this little treasure. We could not have asked for more."

  • Pretty Great

"The cabin was just as described, very clean and well equipped. The view is wonderful. Perfect for two people. Go to the restaurant in Divide, McGintys'. Food is terrific and a little different, that you would not expect in a little mountain town. The house is very well maintained, however some attention is needed on the driveway. Had a difficult time maneuvering over the large trenches at the bottom of the driveway. Spoke to the owner regarding this and she was aware of the problem. As we were staying there for a week and I called on Monday, I assumed this would have been taken care of, by end of 2nd day after the phone call my 66 year old husband attempted to fix the trenches as best he could. Unfortunately we were reminded of this everyday as we attempted to get up and down the driveway. It is steep but we have 4 wheel drive so that was not the issue, the deep trenches were wider than our tires."

  • Fantastic cabin and incredible views

"We enjoyed our short stay at your wonderful cabin for our second wedding anniversary. The owners are great people to work with. The views were incredible --both the mountains and the wildlife. Four deer even came for a visit early one morning. We did not want to leave!! We look forward to staying in your cabin for a longer visit next year."
