"We stayed here while looking at houses in the area. We really enjoyed the nice backyard with the play equipment. I took the baby out for some fun relaxing time in the hammock. The owners are just sweet. We needed the Internet password and caked very late at night. We, hated to cask but my hubby had to work the next morning at 7. They called. It was really easy to find one they pointed it out. They were kind anyway. :) They worked with us and we felt like we had new friends in Colorado!"

"We found and selected this home for our "First Annual Family Reunion without a Funeral or Wedding". The location sits right on the banks of the Arkansas River. The amenities are splendid with a huge back deck overlooking the river, horse shoe pit, huge fire pit, and plenty of hiking locations to choose from. We have already reserved our time here for the "Second Annual Family Reunion without a Funeral or Wedding" next fall. The place worked well for us. Plenty of space to sit an watch the mountains and river. Room to all eat at the table. Room to spread out or get close. We loved it. Thanks for making it perfect."

"My husband and I were looking for a real log cabin in the woods of Colorado. We knew we found the one after seeing pictures online. First of all the pictures really need to be updated because it is even better than the pictures show! The cabin was so tastefully decorated. It was so warm and inviting and so cozy! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, we just had to buy groceries! They have thought of everything! For the hot tub there was even a dedicated "basket" of towels. They had extra throw blankets, a good selection of games and movies, the internet worked amazing for being out in the woods. The beds were so comfortable and all the linens were so soft. We would sit on both porches most nights and it was so quiet. Paige our housekeeper made sure everything was spotless before we arrived. It was just one of the best vacations we have ever had! We saw quite a few deer, birds and little chipmunks. There is so much to do around the area. The book at the cabin was also handy they had a bunch of brochures to look at. Our whole vacation planning was a great experience also. Kim was such a pleasure to work with and always answered my emails right away. We will be back probably not as soon as I want but we are already planning! This is one place that I think anyone would enjoy! If you're looking for a fun getaway that doesn't break the bank I would seriously rent this cabin. So much to do in the area and you won't be disappointed in the views!"

"We stayed with our two children (9 and 11) and 2 retrievers. Loved all of the trees and beautiful scenery- great location, quiet, and close to fun activities. The little cafe at corner in Florissant has great pies we enjoyed on spacious deck and the kids loved the tire swing- such a hit. The Fossil Beds up the street were scenic and the Jr Ranger program fun for the kids. Close drive to Cripple Creek and Mollie Kathleen Mine (fantastic). My hubby had a great time driving his motorcycle on the curvy roads. The house is older, not fancy, but is super comfortable and clean/nice."
