"We had the most delightful weekend in this darling house! Professionally decorated and absolutely charming...only blocks from shops and restaurants!
We have stayed in VRBO's before. But, we have never seen one so perfectly appointed. You will have everything you need, and then some. From chocolates, fresh flowers and wine, the hosts have thought of everything!
We cannot wait to visit again next year!"

"Accommodations lovely, clean and convenient to Colorado College, The Incline, Garden of the Gods and beyond. Emily was very helpful, responding quickly to every communication. We found her home to be a very peaceful retreat after hiking, running, and following a variety of events celebrating our son's graduation. We cooked breakfasts and dinners and found everything we needed to prepare delicious meals 'except' a sharp knife. Within hours after our arrival the home manager phoned to make sure we were settled. He asked if there were any concerns. Being a VRBO owner myself, I shared that the chef knife was dull and barely cut butter. I also said very sincerely 'no worries, we will deal with it, there are other smaller knives.' Nevertheless, within 18 hours a new, sharp chef knife appeared! I was impressed! The sounds and views are spectacular. I would definitely return and recommend to others looking to rent in Manitou Springs/Colorado Springs area."

"Our family of 6 (Mom,Dad, 4 kids) had a great weekend of family time and skiing at Monarch. Everyone enjoyed the cabin, even though it was a bit tight. Very close to the slopes. We did have a heck of a time getting to the cabin because of a lot of fresh snow the night of our arrival (we drive a mini van), but the street in front was plowed the next morning and with the help of the kids we were able to shovel our way in and out. We do plan on returning!"

"We stayed at the Pikes Peak Retreat during the Air Force Academy 2015 grad week. There were a couple of days that we had to be at the academy early, but other than that, we really didn't mind the commute (about an hour depending on traffic). It was so nice to return to this peaceful property after running around doing graduation stuff! The beds were all very comfortable, and the great room provided a great place for everyone to gather. The property was well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We went for lots of walks around the property, enjoyed the water wild life across the road, and my son did some mountain biking as well. We had a great week!"
