"Unit has been well maintained as it still appears freshly remodeled. Roomy, clean, and comfortable. A recliner has been added since the photos were taken. A coffee shop is conveniently located at the opposite end of the building. The location is also convenient, although there was quite a bit of road noise in the early evenings, which made it a bit challenging to listen to DVDs. The Internet access worked well in the early evenings, but was unreliable later on. There are two rental units, each with an outside entrance on the second floor of the building. We reserved the other unit (as the photos show, the two units are quite different), but assumed that this was our unit since, when we arrived, only the door to this unit had a lock box in place as described in the rental agreement. The lock box combination that we had been given did not work, however, and I then found that the rental agreement, which I had printed and brought along, did not list a phone number to call if there was a problem. We knocked on the door of the other unit and fortunately a friend of the owner was staying there and had the owner's phone number, which we called to obtain the correct lock box combination. Given our experience accessing the unit, I would recommend, as other reviewers have before, that the two units be separately labeled on the outside entrances (A and B, for example), and that the rental agreement include a phone number that can be used if problems occur. I would also remind potential renters that, depending on your existing insurance/savings, you may not need the damage insurance that is offered by default when you rent the unit online."
