"Great place to stay - we had a family get-together so it accommodated a large group of people. Very clean, pleasant, private and quiet and located right on the Cuchara River. We had a wonderful time."

  • Perfect for my outdoorsmen'

"We were amazed by the wildlife around your house, some of which we were able to snap pictures of. On Monday evening when we got back to the cabin for the evening there was a huge herd of elk, at least 40-50, right at the fence in the front of the cabin. I am attaching a picture for you. They had moved just a bit by the time we got the camera, but it's still an amazing site. Would you be able to forward the picture to Lyn? He asked to see it but I didn't have it on me when we left. I told him I would send it to you. The boys absolutely LOVED the horses and spent time with them every day. I've attached some pictures of that as well. One morning there were elk right outside the bedroom window and another morning mule deer outside at the bottom of the back deck......simply amazing! The hiking was perfect for the kids, you would've thought we reached the top of Mt. Everest when we got to the top. They were so excited! They made memories that will last a lifetime and are already wanting to come back. My husband is a big hunter and may contact you for his next trip out west. Thanks again for everything! God Bless,"
