Getting to Southeast Colorado

The southeast region of Colorado can be reached easily by road but the nearest major airport is in either Colorado Springs or Denver. There is a smaller local municipal airport at Lamar that is used for local shuttle flights from Denver. Southeast Colorado Air Service is based at the airport and offers on demand flights. The airport is primarily used for airfreight which arrives twice a day.
