"This was our first trip to Durango and did we ever luck out with this amazing cabin! The location is PERFECT! It could not be any better! It is right across HWY 550 from Haviland Lake, 10 minutes from Purgatory/Durango Mt and only 15/20 minutes into Durango. We hiked, biked, and ate our way through Durango and this cabin gave us the perfect location to do everything we wanted to do! Our Boston Terrier, Harold enjoyed the property too and we were so thrilled to find a gorgeous well kept pet friendly property! The hot tub was a true treat and we enjoyed it every nigh as we watched the shooting stars! The view from the deck was STUNNING day or night- the pictures do not do it justice! The cabin was perfectly laid out and we ate many meals at home and spent evenings on the balcony enjoying the views of Engineer Mountain and the Needle Mountain Range. Truly, the location and the quality of this cabin made our experience stellar and the property manager greeted us upon arrival and answered every concern/question we had during the stay. This was an amazing experience and we cannot wait to return next summer!"

"Accommodations were great & worked well for our family of six. Big covered deck with a view was a plus. Pagosa provides a plethora of outdoor activities which we embraced. Gravity mountain biking (would not do again), overnight camping pack trip to 10,000 ft.on horseback with LoboOutfitters (recommend), ATV to Continental Divide, hot springs for a day, tubing on the San Juan, hot air balloon ride, and great hiking."

"We take our grandchildren skiing in Telluride each year right after Christmas. The prices during this time of the year are extremely high. This unit was a great deal and we saved over $1,000 from the previous year. The location was great with only 2 blocks to the market and bus stop and easy walking distance to downtown. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed and bunk beds which worked out great for our 4 granddaughters. It was great to not have to buy spices as the kitchen was well stocked. There was a shared hot tub but we very seldom saw anyone in it and the kids loved it on the afternoon we did not ski. While the unit is somewhat rustic, it was clean and had 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath which worked out great for everyone. We would definitely stay again."
