  • Incredible

"My daughter held her wedding at this peppery and I cannot say enough about it. From the fabulous bedrooms, game room, chefs kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, bar, and every one of the countless rooms - perfect. The owner was extremely responsive and took care of the minor issues immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this place."

  • Winter Visit with Family

"I love visiting Durango, and even though we came to ski, staying downtown was important to us. The location of this condo is excellent. It is walking distance from anything you want to do downtown. It was clean, well furnished, with garage parking. I would happily stay here again."

"Had a wonderful time, this rental is immaculate and very modern! The upper loft is really cute, great for kids. 4 adults had more than enough room: beds were comfortable and kitchen had plenty of ammenities. Great view of the train coming in everyday!!"

  • BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT

"We loved this apartment - super clean, great location, and beautiful lake. Pagosa Springs is one of the most beautiful small towns we have ever been to. There is a lot to do in the area, we only had 3 days - took the train from Chama, N.M. to Antonio, Co. An all day trip, but well worth your time. The only thing we were disappointed in, not the apartment for sure, was that a CO fishing license is not enough for this private lake, you have to have a special license, which I believe is $10 daily. There is a small lake about 5 miles south of town that lots of folks were fishing in, but we only had one day left and used it to explore the town. Also, any one with mobility issues, we have some, needs to know that the apartment is above a garage, so there are steps. This is a beautiful apartment, and I have no reservations about recommending it. Ray is super nice and we enjoyed visiting with him."
